Q: For the listed companies, what would be your ranking in-terms of attractiveness if adding to a portfolio today?

Q: Hi,

Currently have no exposure to crypto and have been a spectator on the sidelines mainly. I held positions in HUT and HIVE awhile back but sold those. With almost certain approval of a spot bitcoin ETF, the market is gaining optimism and it seems investors are more bullish on crypto. What is your view on the current crypto market? Is this run up going to be followed by another crash or do you see more sustained rally with the new ETF? Is this rally going to be followed by another selloff once the ETF news is approved?

What are some low, med, higher risks positions to gain exposure if one wanted some small exposure. Here are some I'm watching. Can you rank whether they are low, med, or higher risk.

HUT, HIVE, BITF, RIOT, DGHI, MSTR, RIOT, COIN, GLXY

I know you own GLXY in the model portfolio already. Also, what would be your top ETF for exposure?

I'm a very disciplined investor, but on the edge of FOMO ; )

Q: What are your thoughts on the quarter?
As well reading the quarterly report, I notice they are looking to list on the NASDAQ next year after approval from shareholders and the SEC. Is this going to be a dual listing or are they delisting from the TSX? If delisting what will happen to our holdings-transferred at the current exchange rate or having to sell and repurchase if desired?

Q: Hi Everyone!!

I have made some profit with Shop and was thinking of skimming a little off and buying some Galaxy. I know...we are comparing apples to oranges. Do you think that Galaxy has some good growth potential ahead of it to make this move worthwhile?

Q: I have .85 and .79 % holdings respectively in the above 2 companies. The dividend yields are paltry so I'm thinking of consolidating them . Which of the two do you see with better growth potential or could you recommend 3 or 4 others with better growth opportunities irrespective of sector allocation with a dividend and without a dividend. I already hold CSU, LMN, TOI, TFII, GLXY, HPS.A

Q: Any reason for the big hit today on big volume. I couldn't find any news and quarterly report not due till No 9

Q: Nice volume and price aprreciation last few days. I did take a 1% position primarily based on your recommendation and I thank you for this. Anything you are aware of that may be driving this.? Also when does company next report?

Q: When the "take it private" chatter was happening I ended up with too large of a DND position which I have been (too) patient with as I understand that the macro economics involved are challenging and until that changes there is little to do but wait. But it is getting a little crazy at this point (even dead cats should bounce).

If I wanted to hedge my bet and sell some are there few other beat up names that you feel have a similar or better recovery potential?

Q: Could you comment on your confidence in the management of these three companies and execution of acquisitions? Would they compare at all or are even close to CSU management?

Wondering about your latest addition to the growth portfolio. Curious as to this selection as the fundamentals are awful, with negative cash and operating flow and negative EPS. I assume this is a mock portfolio but do any of the contributors of 5i have any skin in the game especially in a high risk name such as GLXY?
I assume a 1.5% holding would be $1500 in a $100,000 portfolio.

Q: Apparently there was a crypto or blockchain conference within the last week attended by some of the wealthiest individuals and companies on the planet.

Would you know what it was called?

1.It seems clear that some very influential people want this area to have a place in the world banking and trading worlds.


2. One commentator ( Josh Brown ) expressed the opinion that for the foreseeable future it will be very high risk kind of like gold mines over the years. But there might be money to be made in the picks & shovels companies..

Do you have any suggestions of companies that have merit or look to have potential in that picks & shovels areas?
