Q: I know you are not a fan of averaging down but would you consider averaging down on ALA and/or CBL for the next year. do you consider their dividends relatively safe. CBL has had a lot of insider buying in the past year , mostly at prices over $10. thanks

Q: Boyd seems to be on quite a run here but i have seen no news and they don't report till later this month. given the impacts from the hurricanes, my understanding is that Boyd was anticipating a softer quarter here. Have i missed something - generally this one does run up prior to announcing and then tends to sell off after earnings. Given your views of the company, is this what is happening here.?

Q: Hi my question is about Isodiol International, they recently reported their first net profit, and have made a sponsorship deal with Cagewarriors, seems like they have been doing alot this past year, and their products seem to be very popular, as they are marketing to the sports products sector well, do you feel this is a company worth the risk if they continue to increase their profits like they have been successfully doing?

Would it be possible to get your overall thoughts on CHW at this level.

I'm curious to know is CHW in the same space/industry as GSY & would management be better off to allocate its monthly dividends towards growth like GSY?

Q: It looks the Cdn $ is heading down. People I follow are thinking .74 cents. Given this, is there hope for my flailing US$ income stocks? Will a lower C$ help the above 3? If not, who would benefit in the income space?

Q: Hello 5i
I see you continue to be positive on RHT and recommend it at all near term prices.

With an effort to protect against downside movement in holdings owned, one of the technical rules I am working to utilize is to not purchase investments with declining stock prices.

What are your thoughts on buying RHT here ($2.23) and with the awareness of a price that appears to be undergoing a short term technical pullback. (potentially magnitude may be 1/3 of the rise)

Q: Hello,
The return of these etfs has been lower than usual in 2017, I suppose mainly because of the increase in interest rate ? What annual return should we expect over the next few years for these 2 ? Which one is your favorite and/or would you have an alternative (risk adjusted return). Thank you !

Q: I have a 1/2 of a position of ALA and a full position in VET and PEY in my Oil and Gas part of my portfolio. I'm above water on both VET and PEY but down 15% on ALA. Should I buy more ALA or start another position with another company. If starting another position can you make a suggestion? This will bring me to about 15% Oil and Gas.
