Q: Medical Facilities seem to be on a down trend. What can explain that and what do you suggest I do since I hold the stock? Do you expect that this weakness is temporary and that the stock should recover or is it a long term down trend?

Q: Enbridge has been so ugly this year. I bought it at it's peek in April! I have little faith in investor sentiment on this one, but I'm tempted to add to it at these levels as I would consider it undervalued, and the yield is over 5%. Surely a 5 - 10% pop is at hand?

My questions are regarding WEED and HIVE and when to take profits. I managed to get fairly lucky in the timing of my purchases of both companies and find I'm up 70% on Canopy Growth weighing in at 5.5% and up 35% weighing 0.5% with Hive Blockchain. What are your suggestions here?

Q: Both AQN and ENB hit this morning with ENB reaching a yield over 5%. Have no pipelines and a 4% position in utility { KWH.UN } Considering a 4% position in each of the above. Is adding AQN over weighting utilities speculatively ? What is the reason for ENB's pullback of 3% today and do you approve of a purchase at today's prices. If I were to only add one which would it be ? Cash position currently 23%.

Q: You answered a question the other day about Cardinal Energy suggesting they were highly leveraged at 4x cash flow. Their presentation at $50 WTI and a .80c Cdn dollar, suggests they are just above 2x cash flow not 4X , that their POR is 40% regarding the dividend. Since 2014 and thru much lower oil prices they have kept that ratio between 31 to 49%, given the higher oil prices now it seems to be sustainable. WTI now exceeds their guidance as well as the CDN dollar at .77c they should be in fine shape on both counts. The company is looking at increasing amounts of free cash flow in 2018 given where WTI is today and the exchange rate, not to mention the WCS differential which is in their favour as well. Cardinal has one of the lowest decline rates in the industry so can spend less on maintaining or growing production as well. Those numbers you used look more like Bonterras- BNE then Cardinals. I don't understand where you are getting your numbers, please help me understand?
