Q: I understand that US companies are not your focus but am looking for some advice on these companies. I hold the above companies in the US side of my RSP account and am wondering about holding both JPM and BAC. Would you recommend dropping one of these US banks and if so which one? If yes, what would you replace it with?

Q: DOO is in the 5iR growth portfolio...and if I was to add it to my growth portfolio in the near term, what weighting would you suggest?
For ZZZ, would be included in a balanced portfolio or income portfolio as current yield in 2.3% and with forecasted growth? And if I was to add it to my balanced or income portfolio in the near term, what weighting would you suggest? ......Thanks....Tom

Q: Well again getting into a mining stock is killing my portfolio. I bought TV ONLY ABOUT THREE WEEKS AGO AT $1.11 only to see it now at .81. Down almost five grand in that short a period of time. Very frustrating. I don’t want to hold for three years HOPING to get back to even. If YOU owned running a portfolio would you take the rest of the money that is left and RUN somewhere else. It is in my RRSP so no tax implication.

Q: I have 4 stocks on my US watch list and even when the market is underperforming they always outperform the Market. One of them TRHC I asked you about awhile ago and you said it was a good growth story. I should have acted on it then. The other 3 are SRPT, NTLA and FNKO. Which one do you think would be the best taking risk into consideration and which one is the worst taking risk into consideration? Thank you. Dennis an old Sprott Growth Fund holder.

Q: Hi All, I have a 30 yr old son who is very bullish on cryptocurrency. He is quite excited about a new product, similar to "acorn" which I believe operates as a trading platform in the form of a downloadable app., and allows trade, buy, sell crypto with ease. I think I know your answer, but what do you think of investing in this idea? Is there an existing platform?
2nd question - What can you tell me about Clovyr? Does it trade on the TSX or DOW?

Q: Good day...I have great respect for your management of the balanced portfolio..my question is the addition of tsgi at a 4% position...this seems out of the ordinary for the way you run this portfolio...generally I have noticed that you start with a 2% position and then allow it to grow...I know you have a valid reason and I am asking to advance my knowledge of trading...thanks for your expert management....Gene

Q: With reference to Sheldon's question on Recognia and MACD crossovers, I have been a subscriber to Vector Vest for a number of years. They provide both fundamental and technical information which I have used very successfully. They offer trial subscriptions for ~ $10.00 USD.
