Q: Stelco has been had quite interesting momentum since its results were released with revenue up 67% to $711 Million; adjusted EBITDA up 130% to $175 million; Adjusted EBITDA Margin of 25%. Can you comment on it as an investment grade security at this time? It is starting to look attractive from a technical perspective as well. Thank you

Q: What are your thoughts on Prologis (PLD)? (notwithstanding your non-US coverage) Is this a good way to invest in the real estate market in the US? It pays a nice healthy dividend, and seems to be a steady Eddy company with some growth ahead of it. Do I have it right if I wish to invest in this for steady dividend/some growth, in an RSP?

Q: Hi 5i Team

I am starting a portfolio for my 20 year daughter and am looking for a suggestion for her first stock. She will not be needing the money for many years so it is a long term hold for her TSFA. I am open to Canadian and foreign stocks. What would you suggest?

Q: Re OSB announcing a "dividend of $4.5/share to shareholders of record Sept 1"
....I can't tell whether that is meant to be an ANNUAL or ONE TIME dividend?
.. Are you able to clarify?
Also, could you please comment on the listed stocks...which do you hold most favourable and why, also the suitability of purchase of any of these NOW

Q: GE has been beaten up lately and fallen out of favour with investors. However it has been around a long time with a history (until) recently as a golden star and within the DOW preferred stocks family. Is this a good time to invest in and take a larger position within my portfolio
