Q: I'm opening a new TFSA account. What 5 stocks would you recommend for a 10+ year investment today, emphasis on growth.

Q: I have owned and traded this stock for some time.Being a small cap,liquidity is low.After the recent news it was up on higher volume.
It is now down the last two days on light volume which tells me traders are taking a quick profit.Is it possible manipulation is occurring?The long term prospects of this company look good,so it is possible for a manipulator to depress the price(on light volume)and pick up more shares when all the weak hands have abandoned the stock?

Q: As many of your customers, we hold a goodly amount of covalon...my question is regarding stops after a large gain such as we have seen in COV...are there any rules that Peter would have used when he was running a fund that would put some light on this subject as 5i investors have had many of such run ups and have profited greatly from your vast experience and this would add to that experience...thanks for a great service...Eugene

Q: I initially bought a 1.5% position of COV but with the recent decline and me adding cash to other positions, it's now less than 0.7% of my portfolio...
I know you guys are not big fans of averaging down in bad momentum, but in this situation would you recommend doubling my position if I have some extra cash?
Leave it as it is or just sell since it has become such a small position?
