Q: With this mornings announcement that TSGI has been chosen as 'an' Operating Gaming Agent for the NBA it seems like the right time to buy the stock or do you expect more tax loss selling to continue and therefore one should wait until after Dec 27th?

Q: My understanding is that transportation fuel costs, account for 70% of oil consumption. If that is somewhat correct, and the direction of car manufacturing is toward Tesla like vehicles, what is your long term view on oil. How does it get back to 100.00 with supply continuing to have a positive trend? Costs continue to rise?

Q: AltaGas is due to report on December 13(Thursday) and they say they will be addressing the dividend. I think we all agree there will be a cut .My question is-- what is your best guess as to the stock rising or going down after the cut.

Q: What is the highest interest rate goeasy offers? Do we know the average rate a customer pays? I read the last reading of the bill and there were a ton of “nays” donor has been pushed again for further reading and most seem to want to cap the rate at 45 percent which still seems high. Thanks

Q: As I am retired and trying to accumulate dividends, I foolishly moved ala to my tsfa from my cash account. Now that it has drifted to a low ebb, I cannot claim a loss on selling. I know I should move on, but am Looking for a good dividend stock as replacement..

Q: Good morning,
As an income investor, I have the following utility holdings that amount to about 12% of my non-registered holdings: FTS (up 10%), EMA and NPI (breaking even) and ALA (down 50%). I have no need to sell any of these and enjoy the dividends, but as a conservative senior and in a rising interest rate environment do you think it would be prudent to unload/reduce some of them or just hang on? If sell/reduce which should be the first to go?

Q: Thinking of selling a portion of holdings the above to buy XQQ.
Some are in my cash accounts and the in my RRSP.
The tax loss and gain is zero in my cash accounts.
Gain a bit of D/E and get US exposure.
