Q: A recent Seeking Alpha post argued that Peyto's hedges would prevent it from cashing-in on the natgas recovery. This isn't to say that Peyto didn't make the right call in writing the hedges; just that it's now growth-constrained. Under these circumstances, have other natgas plays become more attractive than PEY?
Q: Regarding your answer provided to Carla today on CVD and CPD, I understand your comments on CVD, but I am still not clear on how rising interest rates can impact CPD. How do rising interest rates affect a preferred share ETF such as CPD? Should I be cautious about buying at this time? Thanks for all the awesome info you provide.
Q: Whats going on with savaria it just keeps going down.
Q: Could you give me your opinion on the advantages (if anything) of the company called INVESTOR VEST. They advertise just about every day on TV it seems to be too easy.
Tks in advance.

Q: Ryan and Peter. Best of the new year to you and the rest of the 5i team. Thanks to Ryan for his article about re-balancing portfolios. I agree that health care is the sector that provides some value. I have some exposure to Canadian health care but would like to buy some exposure to specific American health care companies. If possible, could you suggest a few companies that offer some growth in 2017 and provide a bit of a dividend? Thanks in advance for your appreciated guidance.
Q: Last year you mentioned that a 60% growth was expected in 2017 for ACQ. Does that still hold?
Q: Hello, above are the list of us securities i hold. Can you give me your top 5 US conviction names, mid to large cap, preferably not financials as I am already overweight this sector. Your choices do not have to be sector specific. Thank you!

Q: Hi 5i team, what is growth referred to ? Does it eventually reflected in the earning and then the price ? Any correlation ?
Q: I have not been as successful with my wifes TFSA as my own; currently have T 11%, AX.UN 6%, HR.UN 19% POW 29%, CDZ 18% and FN.PR.A 5%. Can you suggest a better mix? We are both in our early 70's and have RRIFs, trading accounts also with about 25 equities, plus about 150K in laddered GICs

Q: I want to use this year's TFSA contribution to make it my highest risk/reward investment. I have narrowed it down to TIO, SHOP and ITC and I would appreciate your assessment. (I am open to others if you there is something else you have in mind - sector doesn't matter).
As always, appreciate your insight.

Q: Why the drop in Clearwater Seafoods today?
Q: This company jumps 80% in a little over a day on announcement of new CEO. Does this guy have that great a resume and have you heard of him before? Other than the extraordinary risk, do you have any thoughts on this company/technology? thx
Q: Hi Peter and Ryan. What are your regarding Gilead (Gild)
Q: Hello,
Are the distributions for CPD and CVD considered dividend or income? Which would be better in a TFSA and which would be better in a non-registered? My understanding is that both of these ETFs should do well in a rising interest rate environment.
Best,
Carla
