Q: Currently our health sector portfolio consists of above at 1.5% each. Sector target 10%+/-. Could add to IHI and ZTS. Watch List includes SYK, GH, EXAS, CSLLY, and MPW. Would appreciate your advice on current holdings and filling out sector - either these names or others. Long-term growth goal with focus on medical technology, and diversification within sector.
Q: Another AI cloud based company with momentum today. A relatively new IPO that soared but is now back down to earth. CEO just bought 11 million shares. Have you heard of this company and do you have any words of wisdom.
Q: Hi Guys
What do you guys think of this company? is there an entry point you would consider?
they haven't been growing their dividend , considering their nice free cash flow, any reason you can think of?
Thanks Gordie
Q: What is going on with LSPD. It seems to be dropping and CFRA has a Strong Sell on it. Also what do you think about SQ and SHOP for an investment in a TFSA?
Q: I have shares in XOM and like the dividends. Do you have any comments on XOM in light of them selling their Norwegian assets and their last quarter performance. I see in the profile there is a strong preference to hold. Thanks.
Q: There has been an industrial fire at a lubrizol site in France. It has been catastrophical with a potential liability in the many billions, when people will find the deep pockets behind lubrizol, they are likely to push forward their claims with vigor. Lubrizol is a 100% owned berkshire subsidiary. I cannot find any references to it in our north american news channels.
I hope lubrizol has some liability insurance, and i hope not with their parent company. Have you had access to any news on this.
Thank you.
Q: TTD has been falling from August from its high of 290 to 183 today. It drops more than other technology stock. You have recommended this stock. What is your opinion of it now. Will it recover and how long will it take? Thanks
Cindy
What do you think of this ETF ? Would you buy it now ? For income ? for growth ? Or what else would you suggest mostly for growth and some income ?
Many thanks,
Jacques, Mtl
I've been watching this stock for a while now, waiting for a bounce or some indication its decline was done. Today was not the day I was looking for (down 9%) following its announcement that it will no longer charge commissions on trades. Down 9% seems a bit much for this news. Thankfully, I don't own any shares - yet.
My research indicates that this company is doing much better than its stock performance...annual growth in each of revenues (CAGR or 10%+), operating and net income (16%+) and equity growth (17%). Cash flow (down about 30% TTM) is about the only concern I can see from its filings. Debt seems manageable and on the low side.
Trading near its 52 wk low, is this actually a good time to step into a quality company? Is its continued decline more a reflection of general concerns about the economy? What's really happening here?
Q: Cons Disc [CD] portfolio target is 9%; current holdings 1.5% ea AMZN, SHOP [technically IT, but now more similar to AMZN? if not, then only 3% allocated], and CMCSA. 5+ yrs growth goal. To add and/ or new buys?
1. e-commerce: AMZN, SHOP, others?
2. retail watch list [WList]: advise re LULU, NKE, SBUX, others?
3. TV/ connected WList: DIS, ROKU & TLRA [both IT, but ultimately tied to Consumer spending]
4. Or, XLY and/ or TDB 424 Fund [Entertainment & Communication holds some Cons Disc, but not 100%] or other.
This is a mix but would appreciate your advice with sector allocation.
Thx
Q: Asked about this company back in May and would love another analysis of the last 6 months and what do you see going forward in respect to headwinds and the juicy dividend. Buy,sell or hold.
Thx Gary
