Q: Of these 2 stocks, which would you recommend for a 3-5 year hold. Also, feel free to suggest a more preferred pick if you have one. Thanks

Q: Morning 5i Team,
I currently hold a full position in OTEX and am thinking of switching to either GIB or ENGH.
I would like to get your thoughts on this and which one of GIB and ENGH would be your choice if I indeed decided to switch. Or are there others options (regardless of sectors) that would be your choice.
Cheers,
H

Q: What price would you get in for Nvei? Many thanks
Q: Mr. Left of Citron is defending NUVEI by dismissing some of the claims about the CEO's college and driving records. But also adding NUVEI's financials were audited by Price Waterhouse Coopers, and he expects analysts and companies to defend NUVEI. Quote: Left Buys The Dip: After Wednesday’s crash, Left tweeted that he bought the dip in Nuvei. “Spruce report says word fraud 48 times..yet no proof of fraud. Easy to find cust. complaints on any company. Who cares if CEO did not graduate college or has a driving record,” Left said.
Left also pointed out that Nuvei’s financials have been audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers, an extremely reputable auditing firm.
He went on to praise the investigative work conducted by Spruce Point but said he is betting on PriceWaterhouseCooper’s audit over Spruce Point’s investigation.
Not sure what to make of one short seller opposing the short attack of another short seller. Any brief thoughts on this. If you cover this idea in other questions, ignore this one. Thanks

Q: Hi folks...thoughts on the $74.4M finance by Magnet Forensic @ $30.30 per share...I can understand upper mgmt cashing out...but stock price is half of what it was, just a few months ago...as an investor, this does not seem like a vote of confidence, going forward, on the timing of the finance...do you still like the company, and would U add on a selloff below $30, thanks as always, jb Piedmont QC

Q: Hello Ryan, Peter and 5i Team,
Wondering if I can get your opinion on what one might do with Docusign? Having held it through the boom and now the bust, I'm not so sure that it will generate enough investor interest to return to its former peak within a reasonable timeframe (unless there is an extended Covid Lockdown 2.0).
What likelihood exists that it may be bought out at a decent premium, perhaps by Adobe? If your team is now somewhat lukewarm on this stock, can you please suggest 2-3 replacements that currently show higher growth potential.
Thank you.
Brad

Q: How would you proportion $20 thousand between these 2 high risk companies?
Q: To my previous question on why some analysts are showing the third quarter EPS of DOCU as (-) 0.58$/share, your reply was beacause of different ways of calculating it- adjusted or non adjusted. Is the street expectation of EPS based on adjusted or non adjusted figures? Even then, I am a sure that values of EPS arrived through different accounting standards, would not be the same numerically. Here, it is + 0.58$ as reported by DOCU( including 5i) and negative 0.58$ reported by some analysts like Scotia . Please enlighten me if I have misunderstood something. Thanks.
Q: Can you provide your perspective of this company. How do you like it for a purchase now with a 3-5 year hold? Looks like it has corrected in a very sharp manner in 2021.
Q: Thanks for all you do. Can you comment on the green metals outlook for investing? And then, more specifically GMET
Q: Shop is being sued by publishers accusing them of textbook piracy. How much is this weighing on the stock price now and should it be much of a concern? It is troubling that this puts a bad light on SHOP since it is reported that this concern was brought up to SHOP several times in the past with SHOP basically ignoring it.
Would like to thank 5i for having guided us through these past troubled years (and all the years outside Covid as well). Gerry

Q: These CEFs pay good dividends. Would you consider either a good investment from a Canadian point of view - with particular reference to tax liabilities inside a LIF account, or in a non-registered account?
Q: What's your opinion on adding to Palantir at this time for the long term? I'm down about 10%
Q: Can Constellation Software be considered the "Microsoft of Canada"?
Like MSFT, can CSU still reach new highs by acquiring better software companies to it constellation?

Q: Can I Have your opinion on purchasing this stock as a new investment in terms of capital appreciation
It seems to have fallen substantially
It is held by some of the Mawerfunds which I see as a recommendation
My timeframe is about 1 to 3 years
Appreciate your view

Q: Do you consider Constellation Software to act like a “tech stock” if interest rates rise, ie. would it have much of a valuation contraction compared to other tech? It seems to have a different business model than most tech companies, and I am wondering if it is safer in a sense.
