Q: A follow up question on the one asked by Micheal. Over the past 5 years the company's auditor has included a going concern note in all financial statements and mentions the accumulated deficit as the issue. From the STATEMENTS OF CHANGES IN EQUITY in company's financial statements it cites a deficit of approx $33 million. Is this deficit a total of losses the company has accrued over the years? If not what is it and why does it affect the company into the future. Thanks

Kenn

Q: Hi, I know TMG is a micro cap and highly risky. However the fundamentals seem to be moving in the right direction, and the products seem relevant in a growing space (energy efficiency). I'm interested if you're familiar with any of the management team or board members history? Specifically if any of the team have a recognizable track record or success or failure.

Q: Since August 2016 has your interest in this little company been peaked more? Would this be a good growth prospect it seems to be chugging along well. Or could it possibly get bought by a bigger company one day?

Thanks

Q: Hello,
I received the BKD Notice of AGM & Special Meeting today. Hard to clearly discern what the transaction is. Would appreciate it i you can advise. Also: I note they want to reverse split the shares 10 for 1. In my experience this alway seems to have a net negative impact on share value, although I know it should not.

BTW, on Mar 13th Rick mentioned a very good March ETF update by you...and sorry but I can't find it.
Thanks for your assistance!

Q: Eguana Technologies (EGT) looks like it is now, finally, poised to start generating revenue. They are now talking about having $5 million on the order books, though there have been no formal announcements. The stock is pretty much at one year lows, despite the numerous tier-one partnerships, energy storage market momentum, and apparent company momentum.

What would be your views, now?

Thanks,
David
