Skeena Resources just announced a financing package to see them through the development of the Eskay Creek property. The ownership of the stored materials at the site is still in dispute. Would you see this financing as sign that this issue of ownership of stored materials is close to being resolved?

Q: What is you opinion on the expected performance of the materials sector for the next 3-5 years? What is your recommended portfolio allocation (as % of total) for materials? I am 58 years old with 7 years before retirement and have $2+ mln well diversified taxable portfolio mainly consisting of sector and market ETFs. Medium tolerance to risk. I am currently at 10% in materials, thinking about adding 1.5-2% by buying XLB. Thanks.

Q: This company is decreasing in price. Is there a good price to acquire for future growth? I know some buyers paid over $5 US. Why is it dropping, especially with lithium so important to EV Industry.

Q: Will Dundee come back from the dead? Since its low of two months ago, the trading price has doubled, yet (per Rick Rule) the sum of its investments is still three times its current market value. Would a bull market in mining make this a compelling, leveraged value play? Given its current minimal revenues, what would count as evidence for improvement?
