Q: Gil is down over 5% this morning. I have a half position. Is this an opportunity to add more or should I sell? I sell a full position when my ACB declines more than 5%. Thank you.

Q: Hi Peter & Team,
Would you recommend adding more XTC after the latest results? Also, do you think the situation south of the border could provide some headwinds for the company? It has dropped to about 2.5% of my portfolio after the pullback this past year.
Thanks

Q: Hi, Looks like MDA is quietly making a comeback. What do you think of its prospects going forward. Is the Canadian govt contract a big boost? Should I think of adding it into my portfolio for the industrial sector(I already have Brk.b, Sis, WSP and SNC).Thanks.
Q: You recently noted a forward p/e of 19x. I am wondering what 2017 earnings you show. RBC has 2017 est.at $0.49 which would be 14x at todays price. Also I am wondering what you show as the high low p/e for the company.
Thanks
Mike

Q: Hi, Parkland Fuels stock reacted very well to CST Brands acquisition, a few months ago and stock traded as high as $31. Price has retreated to $27-$28 range recently. Is there any reason, in your view, which is keeping a lid on its price? There was also a guest on BNN recently who claimed to be short the stock. I had a position from before and added at $29. What do you think ? Thanks

Q: I am up 100% on Boyd in my RRSP. I am slowly dispersing my RRSP and putting the money in my non registered account to collect dividends for a passive income lifestyle.
Boyd only pays 0.6%. With that in mind, would you replace this stock with another or buy Boyd again for its growth prospects. What would you replace this stock with in an investment account to boost dividends for income. I own most of your income and balanced stock picks.

Q: It looks like you prefer RRX to SGY. For an owner of SGY not looking to change sector weightings would you recommend selling SGY and buying RRX?
Thanks.
Thanks.
Q: CSU. Current decrease ?
Q: I bought this stock as a contrarian play. Badger was heavily shorted. I am now up 40%. Stock is not cheap now. Should I keep holding or move on to something else.
Q: I am up about 30% on CGX (Thank you) and about 10% on STN. However,
CGX and STN are now 22% each of my TFSA. The balance is in cash and Canadian broad ETF's. If I sell half of each, what would be two recommendations. Long term.
Thank you
Paul

Q: 3 months ago I purchased full positions in engh, kbl, gil and sj as value plays looking for growth. My thought is to give the companies 2 years to get back on track. Do you still consider these good companies and do you think they will become good stocks within my 2 years time frame? Thank you
Q: With reference to Antoine's question.
I am a real estate developer and can assure you that Altus is primarily a real estate services company. I have used them for many years and know them well.
I will leave it to 5i to analyze the stock but I might add also that the company, in Canada at least, is well run and well regarded. As a developer there are many studies required to get gov't approvals and Altus is a go-to name for many big players. Their fortunes will surely rise and fall with the real estate market (specifically develoment) generally.
Hope that is helpful

Q: Is the 2.5% sell off in ENB primarily due to the announcement re Midcoast Energy Partners. Do you expect this to be dilutive in any way such as issuing new equity? Thanks.
Q: Hello 5i Team,
You have classified AIF as Real Estate, but the TSX classifies it as Technology; I'll go along with your classification.
My holdings in the Real Estate sector are TCN, CIGI and FSV; would you consider AIF as complementary?
Thanks,
Antoine
