Q: Hi 5i Team,

Of the stocks hitting recent 52 week highs, which 5-10 stocks do you have the most conviction in going forward?
If possible, could you list 5 Canadian and 5 American exchange stocks?
As they say, a stock that hits a 52 week high is likely to continue its ascension.

Q: Hello and Good Morning,
In the recent months, many analysts have become bullish and more confident about the company, and have expressed confidence in the new CEO. The high debt has always been a concern for this company but it appears that the new CEO is taking prudent steps to reduce this and is his priority for the turnaround.
The share price has seen a very good appreciation in the recent weeks. What are your thoughts about this now, in the medium to long term ?

Q: 1.5% position, p/p$7.81,loss 23%.Dream office intends to build a 310 meter office & residential complex on 212 King st,w,Toronto .Mpct,the real estate arm of Dream already has interest in a building on King st. What impact will above project of Dream Office have on Mpct. Q: Hello Team, the price of Canadian Gaming (GC) has been dropping a bit lately.

1) What do you think is the probability of the deal falling through? High or low?
2) I saw a news release titled "BloombergSen Inc. Files Early Warning Report in Respect of Great Canadian Gaming Corporation". What does the release mean?

Do you have any thoughts on strength of the recent IPO?
Jim Crammer, benefiting from 20/20 hindsight, comments that he felt that the IPO was under-priced.

For someone interested in playing covid recovery 2021 theme, do you see 5i including ABNB in the groups of US equities currently referenced as potential benefactors. ie Wynn, LUV, BKNG

Q: Hello 5i Team
Now that Sandpiper has reorganized the board of ARTIS, will appoint a new CEO effective January 01, 2020 and will proceed with their 100 day plan, I have the following questions:
1 – Is ARTIS REIT at the current price $10.89 a reasonable price to pay, provided ARTIS/Sandpiper can complete their 100 day plan and hopefully realize Sandpiper’s estimated NAV at $15.40?
2 – Are any of the three outstanding ARTIS preferred units (AX-PR-A, AX-PR-E and AX-PR-I) a better way to play this story?
3 – Any thoughts on other Canadian REITS that could be put into play by activist investors, given most of the undervalued REITs are majority controlled by the parent corporation (Melcor REIT, Morguard REIT etc.).
