I, too, would like to congratulate you on the revised Member Questions page; I find it extremely user-friendly with some great options!!
Well done - and thanks!!!
I also check the Forum page periodically but am disappointed that more people are not using it to the extent that it could be used. I have posted a couple of times but find that there are only a very few who seem to want to join in. I would encourage everyone to think about making the Forum a more inclusive, active part of the 5i experience. I think it has more potential than we are currently seeing in it, but that is up to us, the users.

Q: Hi Peter, Can you please suggest me 5 names based on today's price which I will hold until 2030 and those will have a good growing dividend? Does Fairfax financial qualify? I just mentioned FFH as I am looking for those names that will predictably increase book value and dividend on a 15% CAGR basis for next 15 years. Just want to mention that the changes 5i made to the site is very effective. Great service!!

I know you have covered questions about Medical Facilities in the past but I can find nothing in the archive using either DR or Medical Facilities. Your recent upgrade seems to have lost some of your past information.

Q: Apologies if this is a duplicate. I don't see it in the 'asked by me' section.

I'm considering liquidating my taxable account which holds blue-chip canadian dividend payers (BNS, MG, T, WSP, ENBD) to use for a home down payment. Thinking I could always buy them eventually...

In the meantime that leaves me with a TFSA containing (XAW 30%, CSU 7.5%, and BOS,ATD.b,CXR,CXI,IT,KXS,MDA,SIS,SJ)I'm a young investor with a long time frame and feel comfortable with these names for the most part. But am I left underdiversified? Would you change anything? That would mean swapping stocks for others for now rather than adding with new money. Cheers

Q: I hold the following equities, among a variety of long-term positions.
I have lots of patience, can wait while the cycle turns, and in no need of cash. Q: I usually review questions & answers when I am thinking of a buy or sell. Very often you have recently commented on the stock I am looking at. So today I looked for recent comments on KBL but the new search tells me there have been no questions yet.
So I have two questions; a) what is your current comment on KBL and b) any idea why I could not pull up anything by searching the Q&As.

Q: What do you think of BHI as a two year investment? It has far more analyst recommendations and strong recommendations than others and yet doesen't seem to have participated in the recent oil rally? It's one year chart is ugly.
Why do analysts like it so much?
Is this a good time to start a position?
Is there a Canadian alternative you like better?
