Q: What do you think about Exact Earth? Is it worth buying into? If so would you wait for a bit to see what the stock does?

Q: Insiders have sold more than 13 million dollars of WCP in the last year with a huge sell at 12 dollars in Dec. Its hard to have confidence in this company with this going on. CEO has sold over half his position alone in the last year according to INK insider on TD website. This may help answer some of your members questions about WCP and its performance.Comments please?

Q: As this seems to be a pretty popular topic today. A potentially profitable trade on this security is selling the $10 July puts for .55 cents. This will give the seller the right to buy the stock at $10 and have .55 cents in their pocket already for a potentially effective purchase price on AQN of $9.45.

Think that might be of interest, who wouldn't want AQN at $9.45 if the stock closes below $10 on expiry date?

Q: If Canada was to implement negative interest rates, do you think banks would pass this cost on and increase borrowing rates? I just started ZRE positions in several accounts and am wondering if this would have a material impact on the value of reits, or do you think the possible effect is already priced in. I get real nervous thinking what the effect would be on mortgage rates. What do you think? Thank you

Please provide your views on whether this is an opportunity to add based on information currently out there concerning a move to take the company private. If so, do you have any price range in mind as to where the price will go short term. I know this is a lot to ask but am looking for your opinion prior to considering increasing my position.

Q: Good Morning Peter, Ryan, and Team,
I have been looking at ESL, CSU, SYZ, and OTC and comparing them using the metric "Free Cash Flow Yield" (Trailing 4 quarters of operating cash flow, minus capex, divided by shares outstanding, divided by yesterday's share price) According to my very crude calculations ESL = 9%, CSU = 8.7 %, SYZ = 9%, and OTC = 14 %. OTC in particular looks to be getting pretty cheap. Is this a good way to look at these types of companies and what other metrics do you use in your analysis of info tech businesses ?? Q: Financials constitute 21.2% of my portfolio. I would like to reduce that by selling off some these; AD 12.57%,SCB 3.79%, EFN 16.17%, FIE 33.75%, FSZ 4.92%,GS 11.35%, HCG 17.45%. Which would you sell? Would you consider buying Tricon with any proceeds? GS dropped considerably in the last few months. Do you know why?
