Q: Hi on Feb 9th you mentioned it was hard to make a case for owning RKN
today they announced their "New Strategic Plan for long term growth and sustained profitability" as the share price is now $1.20 do they look any better . No position currently
- Also the former CEO and current board member Lucas Skoczkowski sold well over 2 million shares in a black out period . Will this create any negative scenario for the company
Thanks

Q: could you please comment on the recent activity regarding the Crescendo Partners' Letter? I have held this company for some time (avg price $4.75) and kept expecting to see it return to those levels only to be disappointed each new quarter. The letter definitely sums of my feelings, but not sure if it was the proper way to do it. Any guestimations on the sum of the parts if RKN decided to sell. p.s. wasn't too impressed with the response letter.

Q: Redknee recently had an upgrade and your guest wrote in about it and you said they had received a new contract. Also NMX (Lithium). A guest wrote in about it and you said they had done some sort of financing. They both dropped off considerably (Redknee a lot more). Did something go wrong with them recently? Another question is a lot of shares are A and B and in the case of tech you take the B shares and Andrew Pellier - you take the A. So sometimes it is an A and sometimes it is a B? Going to squeeze in one more. What does guidance mean in your context.
Thank you very much, Dennis
