Q: I followed your advice a few weeks back, that these two were mis-priced, and have a 20% paper profit so far, so thank you! I have no other reason to include them in my portfolio. My question is when to sell them? Thx.

NXE (Uranium exploration and development) has had a nice rise in the last few months, with a reasonably smooth equity curve. I purchased some this morning and a few hours later - Ouch! it was hit by a ?bad drilling report and the price dropped over 8% for the day! Is this a buy, hold, or sell? Your comments will be appreciated!

Q: Hi all at 5i! Could you please explain to me the concept of " dumb money"? I gather it refers to us retail investors...the ones that are not large enough to influence the markets and have no insider information to get ahead of the game. There has been a lot of commentary from some investment companies and bearish investment advisors , that the smart money is leaving stocks and the dumb money is piling in. I guess that is me since I am selectively adding stocks. Again, is this concept of dumb money fear mongering or just a label given to us little guys by some financial smarty pants? Do you agree ,that as little guys,we should just stick to our investment plans and ignore the negative labelling. Your thoughts on the matter would be welcomed. Cheers, Tamara

I currently own Freehold Royalties and was thinking to sell and switch to either WCP or RRX. I follow your BE portfolio and noticed that WCP is owned in it but not RRX - but RRX has been spoken of with quite high positivity. Which of the two would you own at this current time and do you think switching FRU into WCP or RRX would be a better way to play energy?

Q: I have a lot of bank stocks that I have been accumulated with the dividend
reinvestment plan over the last 30 years. I do not want to sell them because it would trigger a large capital gain, besides it is adding up to a lot of dividends, with I will use in my retirement. Yes, Yes I know that I am overweight in that sector. I want to protect myself on a down turn, and don't pike the puts , because the premiums are so high.I was thinking about the huv etf, I don't fully understand it, is there "time decay" as there is with leveraged etfs.Do you think that this product will suite my goals, and or do you have any other idea's that would protect me on the downside?

Q: I have held CKI for some time at a cost of $12 per share. It pays a good dividend but has had no growth. CKI has never been reviewed in 5i.Please provide your comments on that company. Should I continue to hold it for growth/income?
