Q: I currently hold NWH.un in the REIT space and have been very happy with its overall return. Disregarding the more advantageous tax treatment accorded Canadian dividends, would you add ACRE to an otherwise pipeline, bank, lifeco, and phoneco-oriented income portfolio?
