Q: which company do you prefer for growth over the next 5 years? which company has the best balance sheet? which company is forecast to be profitable first and in what approximate time frame? which company represents the best takeover target? thanks Richard
Q: Hi Peter and Staff
You had recommended this as a 2021 theme on the weekend - was wondering if you would be using some of your cash in the Growth Portfolio this week. Huge runs lately especially on January 14th- still a buy or has it gotten away on itself ?
Thanks for all you do
Dennis

Q: HI,
PYR announced preliminary results for Q4 and FY....
"Based on preliminary financial information, and subject to year-end closing adjustments, PyroGenesis expects revenue for the fourth quarter 2020 to be between $3 - $5 million, resulting in total revenues for the fiscal year ending 2020 of approximately $14 - $16 million, as compared to $1.07 million (Q4 2019) and $4.8 million (FY 2019), respectively.
The Company also expects earnings per share (“EPS”) for the fourth quarter to be in the range of $0.10 - $0.12, and for the fiscal year ending 2020 of between $0.22 - $0.24 , as compared to a loss of $0.04 (Q4 2019) and a loss of $0.07 (FY2019), respectively."
Quarter over quarter numbers ie Q3 vs Q4 are reduced but YoY quarters and FY are vastly improved. I know their quarterly numbers can be lumpy (based on contracts completed) but the FY growth is impressive.
Would you continue to just watch this for now and see if they can expand their customer count and thus also expand their backlog? Or take a 1/3 initial position?
(Motley Fool did a piece indicating any (quarterly) reduced revenues could spark a sell off).
Cheers,
Steve

Q: Do you have any ideas or suggestions how to invest in eSports, aside from investing in game publishers (Blizzard, EA)? While the publishers will clearly make money, it seems like the companies associated with streaming/tournaments/professional teams have a lot of growth potential as well. But eSports seems like the wild west right now, with lots of small outfits starting up 'professional teams'. Are there any companies in this space (teams/streaming/etc) that seem more legitimate than others?
I'd appreciate your thoughts on this industry and where you see the growth here.
Thanks!

Q: Hi Peter, you seem favourable on Nuvei. They are reportedly in 'payment solutions'. Can you briefly tell us whether they are just a tiny version of a Paypal, Visa, LSPD, etc. Or do they offer a different solution? And as they are not yet profitable, where (from what activities or types of customers) do you see their growth occurring? Thanks.
Q: What's your opinion of SHG (skylight health group)? Is there much inside ownership and are you familiar with management? Thanks - Richard
Q: There is a lot of broad insider selling in this stock it doesn't show a lot of confidence by the management team
I was considering taking a small position. Wondered what your thoughts are? Thanks Clare

Q: Can you suggest some eft's for the above sectors? Do have a couple tech companies in my portfolio such as Lightspeed and Shopify, but no "big" ones like Google, Apple etc. and WELL and PRN. Would like to find ETF's which may help to broaden my exposure in these sectors.
Q: Following up on the previous Q, would you recommend a speculative position based on comfort with mgmt for a high risk investor? Their tech look interesting but not sure how competitive the space is.
Q: is score a buy today?
thanks Dave

Q: Hello,
What happened to Acuity ADs this year? Is it market exuberance or have they actually grown 7x? I wish I had stuck with it.. cleaned it out of my portfolio due to too small a position..Can you think of some other small caps with such prospects? Thank you.
Regards,
Shyam

Q: Could you comment on Gatekeeper's earnings release? Thanks.
Q: This looks very interesting. I saw the CEO interviewed on BNN. It’s small but do you think it’s potential is high?
Q: Is the frenzy warranted and is there further justifiable upside, or will this area deflate similar to the cannabis space? Thanks
Q: Hello 5i, my question is regarding the purchase of IPF by GDNP.
Do you think it is likely that GDNP would use IPF to expand production of their own plant based products or are they just buying sales of existing IPF products. I see the huge potential of their plant based products and increased production capacity being needed.
Thank you for your help
Dave
