Q: Hello, I have a 2% position of BYL at $2.35. Considering the recent news release: "Shareholder Increases Interest in Baylin Technologies", what are the possible scenarios and implications to shareholders like me? I read rumors of privatization, and I am not sure whether to sell, hold, or add to it.

Q: What are your thoughts on this relatively small reit. Are its tenants substantial enough to have weathered the Covid - 19 crisis and is the dividend safe. Any other thoughts you may have would be appreciated.

Q: Despite being one of the top performing stocks on the TSX over the past 12 months there seems to be no mention about this Green Company by anybody on the street. Is this strange? In the last Q investor call the very conservative Management team even stepped outside their comfort zone indicating that revenue growth is coming very soon as big multinational companies are becoming their customers. When do you think the real attention from the investment community will come, despite that the company is flush with cash?

Q: Trz has climbed from $4.25 on apr 25 to well over $7.00 this week even though one financial institution has lowered target price to $3.00.
I know they announced recently they will begin flying to the South and Europe but this does not explain the runup in their share price.
Any ideas?

Q: Reko has just announced its best quarter in almost 5 years. It was driven by increased revenue and improved operational efficiencies.
Reko continues to buy back its shares and has a “hard” book value of $7.74 that is probably understated given the real estate the company owns. The balance sheet is pristine with over $3.35 in working capital. Although the Reko family controls 2/3 of the shares what would you consider a fair value for the shares if it was privatized or as a continuing public company?
