Q: What do you make of the trading pattern in SYZ? It is well off its lows and seems to be holding up well in a $7.7-7.9 trading range for the past month. It consistently traded above $10 for many years prior to 2021 and, as far as I can tell, its business prospects in the enterprise software space are the same or better. Can you comment on its future growth and likelihood of getting back to its old highs? I know the dividend cut disappointed the market, but should not the former dividend payment now be reflected in better future growth in the stock price? If the stock price doesn't get back to old highs, what are the prospects of a software consolidator like CSU, OTEX or ENGH taking them out?

Q: Regarding Peter's great question on Telesat and MDA, I too have been looking further into these companies and did not see a response regarding Lightspeed and potential revenue. All I have found so far is:
"Telesat Lightspeed has the potential to transform global satellite and terrestrial communications industries, dramatically increasing the Company’s addressable market from approximately US$18 billion to approximately US$365 billion and significantly expanding its growth potential."
** from the companies Prospectus November 16 2021
and from https://spacenews.com/telesats-leo-constellation-fully-funded-after-manufacturer-switch/
"Telesat is targeting a 30% return on investment from Lightspeed, which is seeking a slice of an enterprise and government connectivity market the company estimates would be worth about 200 billion dollars around 2025."
"Telesat expects the total cost for 156 satellites to be around $3.5 billion, when factoring in launches and other expenses, including the ground systems and user terminal technology that would also be used for the 42 follow-on satellites."

Q: Could you comment on your confidence in the management of these three companies and execution of acquisitions? Would they compare at all or are even close to CSU management?
Thanks
Jeff

Q: Hi 5i,
Thanks for the great work. Can I ask your opinion on Tiny in the small cap space (https://www.tiny.com/)? Recently I've seen a number of articles highlighting the business as a Warren Buffet/Berkshire approach for 2023 with a focus on tech and software.

Thank you in advance!

Q: Hi again 5i,
Re the question I just sent in asking for information about yesterday's sharp price decline and trading halt for DHT.UN, I've now learned of the bought-deal arrangement that was announced yesterday and which led me to sustain a significant paper loss on my first day of ownership.
So now my question is - could you please provide your analysis of the long-term implications of the bought deal for DHT.UN.
Thanks 5i.
Peter

Q: Hi 5i. I think the figure you like to use to measure a company's dividend payout is the ratio of dividend to free cash flow. I think Peter even wrote about this recently in the FP. For the above two companies, could you please tell me what the dividend-to-free cash flow currently is? Is it following a perceptible trend of rising or falling?
