Q: The couch potato portfolio has an annualized return of about 4% and the cms portfolio has an annualized return of about 7%. Would you please compare the returns of the two portfolios for a common time period ie the couch potato portfolio has gone though the 2008/2009 period while the cms portfolio did not exist at that time. Thanks

Q: Hi Team,
Looking at the charts of these companies- 5, 10 & 20 years ago, they had a very high peak which diminished to today's prices (fraction of their high prices)
Since you are positive toward these companies today, how relevant is to look at their history? (Peter used the performance history of a company as a negative sign)
Thanks,
Moe

Q: Hello,
PTG announced a partnership with Moogsoft recently which the market seems to like. Moogsoft looks like a very interesting AI software company. Moogsoft is private, but from what I can find publicly, appears to be doing very well. Your thoughts on the partnership?
Regards,
Robert

Q: Please advise on methodology for new members entering into 5I research model portfolios. Do you ease in with multiple steps based on 5I recommendations of new positions or jump into the entire portfolio? Presently the TSX is in a downtrend and I would probably wait for 10 period exponential crossover of a 50 period simple moving average prior to entry.
Thank You,
George

Q: Hi,
I have about 30% of my original modest investment in CRH left. In light of its recent performance I am tempted to
add enough to make CRH worth what my original investment was. Or should I just punt CRH and put the proceeds into my 2018 withdrawals ?
Thanks.

Which 4 stocks would you recommend that are at the best valuation, offer a margin of safety, and offer the best growth potential for a 3-5 year hold?

Q: I have some cash to deploy and I want to add to some small or half positions in the following 10 companies: MG, NFI, SIS, MX, SJ, PBH, ZCL, WSP, BCE, ENB. I would like to buy into some of these stocks today and some later, to spread the risk of the market's ups and downs. Which of these would you suggest I buy today, and which should can I hold off on? I am otherwise well diversified, so that is not an issue for how this cash is used.

Q: Hi Peter, Ryan, and Team,
I'm puzzled as to why, after such good news several days ago, SIS is down about 2.4% today. Is this just normal profit taking, and would this be good time to add to a position? Would you be OK with a 5% weighting in SIS?
Thanks in advance for the valuable and pertinent advice!
