Q: TIME OF REPORT RELEASE
Do you have a policy on the time of day reports are issued? Specifically, are reports ever issued during the trading day? I noticed mid afternoon yesterday there was a report on QST. The report stated coverage was being terminated and the final rating was 'C'. The stock declined yesterday. If not done already, can I suggest that all reports be released 'off hours' so all members have an equal chance to review their contents and decide what they want to do with their holdings. When reports are issued during a trading day, it's a crap shoot whether you just happened to scan the reports section and if you were inclined to sell the stock, got lucky and beat the rush. If there was a policy, all members would feel they were on an equal footing.

If there already is a policy and I'm unaware of it, please re-state what it is.

Q: What a great pick by 5I @ $5,but its 2 recent events bother me as similar pattern to the 3 below companies.Stock went up sharply over time & then insider selling near or at new high for their"good & valid"reasons.PHM & ACQ are at much much lower levels than the insider sale price.NFI went down but have since recover due to good reception to its subsequent Q results & more business.SIS--insider selling @ $11.34 on Nov 14 & yesterday forecasted EBITDA & Revenue below street estimates.Would it be safe to assume that management already has the above forecasted figures in hand prior to selling.Is this fair to investors?

Q: Recently took position in Savaria, but with your last comments on Nov 22nd " Shares may see some weakness but the trend is still going the right way for SIS" should I get out now with minimal loss and buy back later at a potentially lower price?

Q: Thoughts on latest Amaya drama? Seems like this is more of a David Baazov drama but nonetheless frustrating. I thought it might affect Canaccord negatively but seems like at this point it's just AYA taking the hit.

Q: I have Enbridge in my portfolio and have received notice of a special meeting pertaining to the merger with Spectra that involves the issuance of shares to Spectra holders at just below par to facilitate the process. The literature is rather bulky and I am not sure I really understand it. Is this a good proposal for shareholders and should I support it? This kind of change makes me nervous. Is it a really good idea almost certain to benefit the merged entity, or is it time to exit from Enbridge to be safe?

Q: I've been looking at XTC to add to my portfolio. The numbers look good. It seems the Market does not recognize it or it doesn't like it? Not sure which. I don't see any reason why it has been dropping steady since the beginning of the year. Just can't figure this one out.

Q: I've recently taken pretty big hits in d box and nyx gaming. It's time for me to get away from the small caps and move on to something with stable growth and actual profits. I don't mind fluctuations in share price or the market in general but I no longer have the stomache for the wild swings. Any suggestions?

Q: There is a saying "the first dividend cut cut is never the last dividend cut". Excluding resource stocks, in your experience, is this true more often then not?

Just as a company paying its first dividend is a very strong buy indicator, is a dividend cut equally as strong a sell indicator?

Q: The U.S small caps index had a 10 day string of gains, which hasn't happened for 5 years. It looks like animal spirits are finally back, and I'd like to buy before the "take-off". It seems it's easy to miss the boat these days, which happened to me with with U.S banks! Do you think this IWM move will carry over to the TSX small caps? I'm considering buying 1/3 positions in BAD, DHX, and ACQ. Thank you.

Q: I noticed that under the 5i report that SIS is listed as an industrial stock. I thought this stock is more of a stock that belong in the health care sector. Which sector is more appropriate.

Q: Due to the sell-off in DH do you anticipate management issuing any sort of statement re: dividend reduction, thoughts on 2017 earnings,etc..or...are we to held in suspence till the next qtr. results? Thanks Ron
