Q: Good morning - I'm interested in looking at a few companies related to the production of lithium, like LAC. Just wondering which would be on your short list and why. Thanks.

Q: The Economist has a recent article on "seven metals (aluminium, cobalt, copper, lithium, nickel, silver and zinc) that are critical to building an electricity economy".
What would be your preferred method of gaining exposure to some or all of these--single stock (no fees but won't touch on all seven materials) or ETF (more diversified but high fees in Canada, eg XBM)? I would be interested in a single stock (not a basket of stocks) for this purpose, or an ETF. Would be grateful if you could please provide suggestions. Thanks!

Nutrien Ltd. (NTR)
Q: Hi Peter, Ryan, and Team,
Another question about Nutrien......The following is an excerpt from a recent Morningstar report on NTR:
"While the market likely overvalues the fertilizer business' outlook, we
think investors undervalue the lithium business, which will generate the majority of future profits."
What is your view on the above statement?
Your recent answer to another member that used a baseball analogy was interesting, so would it be correct to say that NTR is not a 'buy and hold forever' type of stock?
Also, what would be your top picks for lithium stocks (any country), and Canadian ETFs that have substantial lithium exposure?
Thanks in advance for your insight.

Q: I am reviewing Piedmont Lithium for a possible purchase. Would you please give me your top 3 or 4 North American lithium stocks in order of upside potential for a 5 yesr hold?

Q: CELH is due to report (date please)? The least little bit of a miss everything in this Market drops about 20% and so do you think it will have a bit of a miss? ALB - it had quite a drop, were the earnings that bad or another one to fall if everything isn't perfectly aligned? Your thoughts are appreciated.
Q: What is your opinion of ALB now that it's share price has slid almost 15% so far this year? Is it worthwhile as a longer-term (5 year) hold or do you see a better choice? Thanks for the great advice.
Q: I would like to know your opinion on what lithium stocks may be worth looking at over the next year and in particular standard lithium. Thanks
Steve

Q: Has your position on ALB changed given the recent election results and the fact that Boric has said that he would look to create a state lithium firm and criticized privatization of the sector?
Q: For a lithium supply play how does this little company look to you? With the Koch strategic platforms making an investment in this company recently announced does this make it a little more interesting? In the lithium space who would be your pick to play on this future demand as more vehicle companies start to offer more electric options.
Thanks
Thanks

Would you also please provide 3 value companies that show solid values and good rebound opportunities in the same or similar sector.
Thanks, Peter.

Q: I'm interested in these ETF themes, how would you rank them long term? Do you see any overlap between ICLN and LIT? And if I wanted to go the individual stock route instead of the ETF, what would be your top two individual stock picks within each ETF (either cad or us listed). Thank you!
Q: ALB has gone parabolic recently. Is this supportable or time to take some profits?
Q: Peter,
We own ALB and like that it is domicliled in the US. Looking at the holdings of REMX would you have any concern that many of the biggest holdings are located in China re: with the recent Tech issues ? Thank you.

Q: Which of these two stocks would you buy today for a long-term hold (if you could only own one)? Thank you !
Q: Any thoughts on why LIT has been so strong lately ?
Many Thanks

Q: What companies would your recommend for minerals like graphite, cobalt, etc to meet the coming demand for electric vehicles? I am most interested in North American companies if we have them. Are any of these companies good value now or have they already gone through the roof?
Q: Is there any news specific to lithium market today? LAC has taken a fairly sharp downturn after a few already down days. And ALB is also taking a bit of a hit too. I've been waiting to get into either but the sudden drop has spooked me.
Q: In view of the demand for nickle and cobalt for EV s, can you recommend a number of mining stocks worth considering. Aside from Vale, the companies should be actually producing, not in the exploratory stage, with growiong production and profitability. Thanks

Q: What would you suggest as a way to gain exposure to Electric Vehicles (EV’s)?
I have electric producers, as a common denominator, but wonder whether direct investment into auto or parts makers, and/or battery components (lithium/graphite) would be worthwhile.
Any suggestions for some small dabbles?

Q: Do you have any suggestion for rare earth metal plays? Is it a sector with good potential? Also is cobalt an important industrial metal for batteries? Thank you.
