Q: In the last question related to CRH, you indicated that it had a forward PE Ratio of over 40X, and a P/BV ratio of 14X.
That sounds very expensive, even if it is a high growth stock. How is this any different than some of the marijuana stocks you have indicated we should avoid due to extended valuations?

I guess my question is - how do you know when a stock is too expensive? Is there a metric one can use that says x% revenue growth can be priced as high as 'y' P/E or 'z' P/BV?

Q: Hello,

Curious about inside ownership with these two companies. Both have been on a tear for a while, and wondering at what point would a larger company look at buying these up for their growth potential. Would you believe they are takeover candidates or does some characteristic of each make that unlikely?

Regards,

Robert

Q: Hi. I would like to add 2 to 3 stocks to the growth part of my portfolio. What US/Canadian suggestions do you have? My portfolio is well balanced so I am not too concerned about sector. Currently I have SHOP, CSU, SJ. thanks, J

Q: I bought CRH at 4 dollars. It's now at app. 11 dollars. In the past with CCL and CSU, as the stocks ran up I trimmed and took profits. In hindsight, I would have done better if I had let them both run.

What I've learned from you is that picking a weight you're comfortable with is the best way to go. CRH now represents app. 7% of my portfolio. What is your recommendation as to the maximum weight for any one stock?

Thanks for the great service. cheers
Andy

Q: I have owned CRH from around $3.00. After it doubled i sold half my position. It has now almost doubled again. I am not overweight the name but would it be wise to reduce it to a half position now as it seems to have run up so quickly? Basically should i be locking in some gains or do you have confidence it will perform in the medium term?

Q: I have enjoyed quite a runup in my holding of CRH and am thinking of taking some of my profits (slightly overweight now) and adding to my position in BAD where I am slightly below my average price. Why has BAD dropped so significantly recently and would you consider this a good entry point or sit tight with CRH.

Q: Hi Peter, Ryan and team,

Earlier today I read the following report about insider selling at CRH.

"CRH Medical Corp. (CRH-T)
Tony Holler, the chairman of the board, sold 500,000 shares at a price of $9.10 per share on the final trading day of February. That same day, Ian Webb, who sits on the board of directors, sold 30,000 shares at a price of $9.194 per share, and fellow board member, David Johnson, reduced his portfolio holdings by 25,000 shares on March 3."

Should investors be concerned about this insider selling within a short period?

Thanks for your insight on this issue!
