Q: Hello 5i team,
Could you shed some light on the recent comments by Alain Bouchard regarding Bay Street's opposition to extending the dual share structure while Prem Watsa just got the OK to extend the dual share structure; what is the conflict here? and how would this affect me as a shareholder?

Q: Concordia has been acting very poorly for quite some time, especially since their last earnings report. Is it still being associated too much with VRX or is there something else? (i.e management compensation) I do not want to exit my position as this seems so cheap based on forward earnings. I know they have a ton of debt but this should be managed based on their forecasts. Is this just a case of the market being short sighted?

Q: I hold XHY and XSH in my wife's RRSP. Which of the above would you prefer as an addition? I notice CVD is thinly traded compared to CPD. Another option would be to add to XHY to bring it to a seven percent weighting. Thank you.

Q: I'm wondering why a trading halt would last for so long when the news is already out, and it's something as benign as preliminary discussions after being approached by another party. Is there something else coming?

Q: What did you think of Winpak's earnings, prospects and forecasted earnings growth?

According to today's quarterly report, is Winpak's (WPK) current cash balance 169.5 million or 169.5 million minus 47.4 million. I'm having a little difficulty understanding that paragraph and determining its current cash position.

Q: I own these shares in my portfolio for some growth and income. FTS has dropped sharply in the past couple days, instead gaining because of the deals they have done. I like to have your opinion as to how safe they are? Would I be better of trading them for ETFs like ZUT and ZWU as they seem less volatile. Perhaps you can suggest alternatives. I would also like your view weather to buy ENB or ENF or another pipeline stock. I like the new format, my apologies for my previous comment of finding confusing.

In having the option to receive "email updates daily", I'm assuming you mean that questions are filtered to your watchlist, and are not actually sent to one's inbox email. Is that correct?

When I click on my Watchlist, I see all the recent questions related to those I've marked -- but I'm not actually receiving any updates via e-mail.

Please clarify how this for me. Thank you.

Is this situation posing any serious danger to ATD.B (sell of) or is this opportunity to buy more of this stock, or do nothing is better option?

Q: This might be a tough question but I am pretty sure you would have seen it before. I need strategic help. I can’t seem to sell a losing stock. I am paralyzed by the fear that by selling I lock in the loss. Or that at the current price it is actually the time to buy the stock.
Surprisingly even with this list of losers my portfolio is actually up. Much to the credit of 5i. So I don’t need to sell but can’t help thinking that the money could be put to better use. I am also pretty sure that there could be different advice for each stock. But anyway here is my list. What do you think? Sell or hold?

Q: How do you feel about buying this stock at today's price seeing that the new company is offering $2.20 at the closing of the deal. Is there still money to be made here if the deal goes through.

Q: I sold all my energy and pipeline positions in early 2015 and currently have no such holdings. I am considering slowly re-entering this space.
