Q: Hi 5i Team - Could you provide an update on Flutter Entertainment including your opinion on purchasing it at its recent price. Also you mentioned in a previous answer in May that the passing of a progressive tax on online sports betting in the Illinois senate was bringing the sector down. Do you think this is still a concern for Flutter and that other states may follow suit.

Also any idea on when Fan Duel might be spun out. My understanding is that shareholders will not receive shares in Fan Duel. Is this correct.

Q: Hi, 5i

I'm not sure I have the correct ticker symbol above as there were three to choose from for Flutter. I've held this stock since the Amaya days and, simply because of my own inaction and intertia, I now have something crazy like a 1500% return.

My question is around this special meeting and vote. Can you just touch on the pros and cons of what I'm voting on and what you think is the path to continuing to see a great return?

Q: I have TOI, LMN and NXT in my portfolio, thanks to 5i. Thank-you. Are there other quality companies that you could recommend for investigation, that are recent spinoffs or splits from a main company? Are there any upcoming spinoffs that should be kept on a watchlist? Thanks for your continuing excellent analysis.
