Q: Good morning team,
What are your thoughts on the financing for the completion of the Magino project? Will the issue of 400 million shares @ .45 dilute the overall share count? Will the company value increase once the first gold is poured and how would you rate this investment over the long haul?

Q: With the GFI agreement to purchase YRI for .6 shares for each GFI, which stock is better to buy at the current price drop? GFI ( 9.50ish) YRI (6.45ish) or both.

Both stocks pay a healthy dividend.

Q: Do you think there will be a competitive offer? UEC’s offer seems to be a “low ball” offer due to lack of a cash component. Do you think CCO would make an offer? I’m told they once held UEX stock but liquidated their position in order to reduce debt. Any thoughts you have would be appreciated.

First things first, thanks for your steady advice during this downturn. A calming voice is very much appreciated.

My portfolio so far is adequately diversified. Believe it or not it is still up on the year. I have some play money which Im planning on using to make a bet against commodities, in particular copper and/or oil and gas. One idea comes to mind is buying puts against TECK. Any other suggestions? Either stocks or ETFs?
