Q: Hi Peter & Team: referring to questions from other members, if I donate CSE shares would it be complicated? Or the receiving charity can tender the shares when the time comes to do it (by the way I use Link Charity and they charge me less as I am a CMS subscriber) ?

Q: I regards to your comments on aw strategy to use only beef raised with out steroids hormone is true however as a retired beef producer I don't believe you can buy beef to day, with steroids and hormone enhancement . I believe that left the industry years ago and the growth enhancement been replaced with genetics .there are calves being born today that have a 4 plus pound a day rate of gain far exeding any artificial enhancement .
I would invest in aw for the financials but to get wrapped up in adds I wonder if that is the right course

Q: Peter and His Wonder Team
Everyone seems to feel the sale will go through. As a share holder if I do nothing will I receive $4.90 per share credit to my account at closing and the shares disappear? Between now and then will the current price tend to drift up towards the $4.90 sale price? The exdividend date was 12/29/15 with the payday being 1/29/16. If I were to sell now...before 1/29/16 do I forfeit the dividend?

Q: Mr. Market seems to like the deal. When Waste Connections redomiciles to Canada will this stock have a TSX listing as well? I want a Canadian listed stock with US exposure. Thx again for all your help.

Q: Hi there

Wondering if you have any explanation why on a day like this with gold stock up (Barrick up 6% today) that Goldcorp is down. Lately it does not seem to move with other gold stocks. Are there some underlying issues?

Q: What is your recommendation with CSE shares? Is it best to just to wait for the sale to go through? Or if it gets close to the $4.80 mark would you just sell the shares. Currently it is trading 5% below the offer price, and overall it looks like stable deal.

Q: HLF made a big move today - nearly 6% when everything else seemed to be falling. I did not see any news. Anything to account for this? I was waiting for some weakness before buying. What do you recommend?

Q: I currently own 100 shares which is less than 1 percent position. So with such a small position I am inclined to sell now rather than wait and receive less than 50shares of the new company. Does that makes sense and what is the value of a bin share based on the deal-currently it is fluctuating quite a bit and I not sure what I should accept as the sell price.

Q: I was thinking of buying this security for my RIF? It seems to have a high PE of 17x - concerned if we go into recession? Would you consider this a safe investment for income? Also, where are they going to get grwth in sales and income going fwd.? Unfortunately not a lot of choices here in Canada -trying to diversify with a consumer discretionary.

Q: Peter and Team,

Now that we have this offer for BIN, I am thinking about what to replace it with. I am mostly aligned with the model portfolio but don't yet own CCL.B, WSP, or MDA but have always been interested in them. My BIN position is close to 5% of the portfolio following the recent market declines and the offer for BIN. Should I buy any one of the three I named from the model portfolio or split the position and buy two of the names?

Thoughts?
