Q: I am interested in this healthcare REIT as it has 6% dividend and the company has never reduced their dividend, even during the 2008 mess. I realize you do not follow U.S. txt much, but your opinion of this company would be appreciated.

Q: Lads the above are my US dollar income tilt portfolio holdings. My goal is to add some US cash to stable dividend payers (some of these and perhaps some others you can suggest). Two questions I have - first, could you possibly rank these 9 from most stable to least so I can consider which ones are the most stable to add to my current holding and second, can you recommend some other US equities providing a minimum 3% dividend that you view as stable holdings. Q: i am looking for a Chartwell type comparable in the US. Would you consider ventas a good alternative. Understand that it has a broader investment base outside of retirement homes but would suspect this positions the Reit for a bit better growth? Looking for dividend with a bit of growth. If not Ventas, can you recommend an alternative.

Q: Hi Peter. I have a question about a very small cap stock, called Volta Resources (VTR). This compaany has about 5 million oz of M & I Gold and they are very close to where Randgold operates. This stock has been selling of indiscriminately, in my opinion.I would consider VTR a perfect buy out opportunity. Why would a 5 million oz deposit go for waste when seniors are looking to replenish their ounces. Your feedback is appreciated. Thanks,
