Q: Would you be able to shed light on ISIS Lab Corp (ISIS, tsxv)?

I cannot find much about it. Is it a social gaming software provider or is it capital pool company? or is it both?

It is doing quite well, especially recently. Do you know if they have any competitive advantage? Would you be a buyer?

Q: hello 5i team: i am trying to decide between active verses passive for global equity in my rrsp. this would be 15% of portfolio. comparing xwd for etf and mawer global equity also for small cap. 5% weighting of xsu or xcs to mawer global small cap. your input is greatly appreciated. thanks Larry

Q: On Feb 13 “Boston Pizza International Inc. announced today that it has declared and paid dividends in the amount of $5,000,000 to the shareholders of record on February 12, 2014”
I am wondering 1) as Boston Pizza International Inc is a private company does this information need to be disclosed? and 2) how does this effect Boston Pizza Royalty (BPF.UN)

Q: I have owned Badger Daylighting(BAD) for many years. I now own almost 3,000 shares. My gain on this company is over 66,000.00. This represents 4.68% of my holdings, 4.34% is in a Rif. and .28% is in a TFSA. Question: Do I take some of this profit and invest in other stocks or just hold. If I sell what do you recommend. IO am mostly a divided stock holder. Thanks for a great service.

I have a colleague who is just starting to put some money back into an RRSP account that he had emptied out to buy his house. For now, he has 1000 dollars in it and I promised him I would ask your advice for how he should invest it. He does not expect to touch this money and whatever else he puts in there in the future for at least 25 to 30 years. He would like to take a growth strategy. What do you suggest for him?
