Q: I see that Pure is hitting new highs and pays a nice dividend, what do you feel that the next 2 years looks like for this stock and also Milestone-mst, is it to late to enter these stocks, and what would be the big risk in owning these stocks?

Q: Gold represents a small portion of my portfolio with only 2 holdings – Anglo Eagle Mines (AEM) and Yamana (YRI). I just sold my Yamana to take advantage of the recent bull run in gold which even 5i has stated is getting a bit “long in the tooth”. AEM seems to be your favorite which I plan to keep, but I was looking to swap Yamana for a better name that’s higher on your list either now or on a future dip. What would be your second pick after AEM in the gold space? I’m looking for a mid or large cap that has reasonable leverage to gold but still a strong balance sheet to reasonably withstand any future drops in the price of gold. As an aside, for a person holding only two names would you recommend that one of them be an ETF for instant diversification? or even a bullion fund if perhaps the recent run has put the rise in the miners too far above the bullion price?
Q: In these financial stocks I am currently up on PRU but down 13% with JPM and it looks as if these dollars are probably dead money for the next 6 to 18 months. I would like to reallocate the funds from one of them to the Staples or Industrials sectors. What are your thoughts on this? Which holding should be better to reduce, or sell completely, and would you have a preference for a reallocation at this time? Thanks.

Q: Can you explain the news that came out June 30? Not sure I understand any of it. The stock is down substantially today so it is obviously pretty bad.
Q: I have a fairly well diversified portfolio based on your Balanced Equity portfolio, including 20% from the Growth portfolio. I have some cash to invest.
Please advise your recommended sector allocations at this time plus two or three stocks in each of those sectors which you think will do particularly well over the next 2-3 years.

Q: I have about $60,000 to invest in your balanced portfolio. Invest now or wait until after the US election? Do I buy at equal weight for each company or at the percentage you now have?
Thank you

Q: Hi there,
I am starting to purchase 5% weightings of the 5i BE portfolio. I will have a bit of money left over and am looking to add 1-2 names from the growth portfolio. Which of the names in your growth portfolio would be the best ideas at this current time. I already own the names which overlap between the BE and Growth portfolio.
Thanks!

Q: Could I have your opinion on CJR.B for a half, or possibly full, position in a primarily dividend portfolio. Thanks, Ted
Q: Tio Networks is having a nice run up right now. What is the cause? I bought around $1.90. I'm considering adding to my position. What do you recommend?
Q: I have a question about XGD. I believe you like this fund and I've been keeping an eye on it, with a view to purchase. It keeps going up and I haven't had to guts to purchase. I have this feeling that once I purchase it, the downward trend begins! What is your view of the current price and when the party might stop?
Q: Given the global macroeconomic conditions and low interest rate environment, what do you think is a reasonable return of return to expect from the Canadian and US stock markets for the next five years?

Q: Hi, REITs have seen a strong YTD and 52 weeks returns, on the back of market volatility and "lower rates for longer" syndrome, more so after BREXIT uncertainty. I have no REITs in my portfolio now. Your recent report on Chartwell Housing is interesting. Based on demographics tailwind and low interest rates environment, if I want to initiate position in one REIT name, will CSH.un fit the bill ? Also, do you think current level at $15.70 is reasonable, although it's flirting with 52 weeks high? Thanks
Q: Is it time to take a position in NXO?
Q: Hi Peter and Team,
I noticed the www.investorpedia.com recommended Master Limited Partnership (MLP) in the US for dividend income. Some of these MLPs have been posting 8-10% yield for a long term of periods. What's your opinion on this type of securities?
Thanks for your great services.
