Q: Would you be able to provide your opinion on Dream's 4th quarter/full year earnings announced last night, as well as provide your general opinion about the company in general.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Q: What is your view on VICI properties? It has a nice yield and I understand that their contracts are mostly indexed to inflation. Also, casinos and gaming is starting to pick up with the economy reopening. Are theere risks I'm not seeing? Thoughts on this for a new buy to generate some income in a US portfolio?

Q: Good Day My question is about the earnings of SmartCentres Real Estate Investment Trust. They seem to have their core as retail but are branching off into residential, storage, and senior complexes. I have always liked this management team and they have done us good over the years. Can you comment on their earnings and your thoughts on the direction of other real estate assets?
Q: Dear 5i,
I would appreciate your current thoughts on MHC.U?
In earlier posts you mentioned that their 15x Cash Flow was expensive.
What would be a good value Cash Flow to purchase this stock at?
What is the current Cash Flow and where can I find future Cash Flow metrics? Can you suggest other investable companies in this space other than CAR.UN and BAM? Thanks so much!

Q: Greetings,
Trying to reduce REIT holdings and would appreciate your advice: I don't mind keeping both but if one was sold and all the proceeds used to buy the other, then which one would you prefer to keep adding to? Both classified as "retail" . Which one has more potential to keep growing?
Many thanks!

Q: I've held PRV for a few years and am now considering selling it to raise cash but before I make a move I wanted your updated thoughts. I read that the payout ratio for PRV is now in the mid-80% range. Is that correct? Will rising interest rates impact this stock?

Q: I sent a question in last week and don’t see a response. OHI is 2+% of my RRSP. I’ve held it for years. Would you sell now and if so, what would you recommend to replace. 15 year time horizon with high risk tolerance.
Q: Can you comment on BSR’s recent rent rate growth press release please. Do you think BSR’s premium is warranted given the growth and markets they are in? Thanks
Q: What are your thoughts on ceo departure.
Q: Why the big drop? What is an attractive level to enter this one or just stay away?
Q: Good day.
DIR.UN: I read that REITs become favourable in a rising interest rate environment. Is this true for industrial REITs too? Could you please help me to understand why. I assume that they can raise rents, but do they not have longer term rental contracts (?). Any property purchases would also cost them more. How do they benefit from higher interest rates? Thank you.
