Q: Hello. I am not sure my question on Summit was received yesterday, so let's try this again.

SMU.UN has had a pretty good "post-AAR.UN" bounce this week, rising from $7.46 to $7.98.

I like it for income, but am obviously concerned about price volatility over the near-term. Would you buy at current levels, or wait?

Thanks

Q: Hi, what do you think of Sabra Healthcare REIT (SBRA) for aging US population? How does it compare to CSH and Sienna in Canada? Is timing OK with forecasted 3 rate changes in US this year? Other better suggestions for aging US population?

Q: Hi all,
I was happy to see the deal announcement regarding AAR.UN this morning. I will likely look to sell now rather than wait. I am considering replacing with another REIT or in preferred shares. Considering a balanced portfolio and everything else being equal, looking for both a +4% yearly distribution return and should be a long-term hold, any suggestions? (This is held within an RRSP.) Thanks.

Q: Hello Peter and team,
I was thinking about buying the following 5 REITS. Collectively they would make up 5% of my portfolio (1% each) and the focus would be on income. I chose them to be a mix of Can, US and Intl exposure, and to have higher yields, and less exposure to commercial.

Please note I have a 2% position in NWH.UN but count that as part of my healthcare portion of my portfolio.

AAR.UN
WIR.UN
RUF.UN
NVU.UN
DRG.UN
Thank you for your excellent service!
