Q: Could I please have an update on Solium Capital. What are the prospects going forward for this technology company? **Is it a strong takeover candidate? Management has been using profits to expand the business. Is this strategy paying off or should I simply invest my money elsewhere? Many thanks!

Q: I have notice there is 2 to 3 times volume last week. Is there any news or is it because of interest rate. Will there be any impact if interest rate goes up. Do you think it is time to sell and move to SIA. I am holding both - Csh.un - 5% and Sia - 1%
Thanks a lot
Thanks a lot
Q: Do you think it may be prudent to lighten up on the auto sector in an otherwise balanced portfolio? Given a choice which company would you let go MG or XTC?
Thank you
Thank you
Q: FTP.DB matures at the end of the year. It has a healthy coupon rate and is selling at a discount to par value. Do you see this convertible debenture as an opportunistic investment with principal repaid within 7 months?
Q: I have 4 companies that make up a significant part of my portfolio (HCG, GIL, ATD.B, SJ). With the exception of HCG I have been trying to sell them at or near 52 week highs. I have been trying to sell them since the beginning of the year and so far I have been unsuccessful. What makes these trades difficult for me is that I would be buying all these companies if I did not own them already. My question is do you use the same approach when selling for portfolio allocation reasons versus fundamental reasons?

Q: Hi
If you could only buy five out of the six above listed stocks at today's prices (for the long term), which stock would you NOT purchase?

Q: HI gang.. Good work. Any change in msl? should I sell or hang on!! Thanks in advance Cliff
Q: After buying CCL.B at $98 less than two years ago, I've just sold off my small position, figuring -- based on my very amateurish technical analysis skills -- that it's in a range of between $180 and $235. I'd like to buy it back again later in the summer. Would you agree or disagree with my thesis, and if you agree, at what price would you put in a standing order? Also, my concern about CCL.B at $235 was the 25 PE multiple my Investorline account shows. I know you like to say "pay up for good companies," but a 25 PE for a label maker?
Q: With the recent run up to $19.50, do you view AYA as a buy, sell or hold at this point?
Thanks

Q: How would you rank these 3 for growth for a younger investor over the next few years if you had to choose only one?
Q: I would appreciate your thoughts on TSXV.AXA as a speculative buy. The company appears to be growing its customer base and the idea of composite pallets for use in the food that can be sanitized repeatedly appears to have merit in terms of reducing the spread of disease. However, the chart over the past year is unappealing and management does not appear to have much of an ownership interest but perhaps I stand to be corrected respecting the latter point.
Q: I am needing to add to my Consumer Discretionary allocation. I have 2 equities at the moment and would prefer not to top up but rather add another. I currently own DHX & PBH. Perhaps provide two options if you could! One for growth and another for a balanced approach.
Q: I am looking to buy this pref for income , reset date is sept 2020 at 5.34, what will happen to the prefs once the company separate into 2 different entity.
thanks
Alain

Q: Good Morning Peter and Team,
I am in the process of adding 15% to my portfolio. Can you list in order which 7 companies you would add from your growth and balance portfolios at this time. Assume a well diversified portfolio and a long time horizon.
Thank you for all you do.
Wes

Q: Ours is a very conservative portfolio, with one third in dividend-paying equities, half of that individual stocks and half no-load funds. The latter's performance doesn't seem to justify the MER's so I would like to reduce, maybe eliminate, that cost, roughly $5,000 per year. Any thoughts you might have on how best to effect that change and what form that should take, eg less funds, more stocks and/or ETF's, will be much appreciated.
Q: Is Bellatrix in danger of going under. Can you please give me an opinion on the latest news on this company. Thank you for your service.
Q: Nvidia went from $19 to a new high yesterday of $46 and change. I know US is not What you follow but moving away from PCs and into virtual reality supplying tesla could this stock go to the moon? I am thinking of averaging up.Motley Fool David Gardner touts it as the next Apple and that investors should get in on the ground floor of this revolutionary company.
