Q: Good Evening 5i
I have had a nice run with JP Morgan (30%) and wonder if you see more upside with the American Banks.? I was considering initiating exposure to the auto sector by way of Magna or AutoCanada and wondered what your viewpoint was on selling JP or lightening my position in either Horizon or Western One. Or should I just hold the course.

When you are back from travelling, can you take a look at WPX Energy, WPX, especially why they are trading at Price to tangible BV of 0.75, while the average is around 1.5 or more for its comparables.

Q: FCR: I hold FCR in two accounts to the total of 5% of portfolio. You've been actively recommending this stock in the past, now that the stock dropped 10% from it's high last month, I am wondering whether to increase my position - I don't see anything wrong with the company and the dividend is still good. What's your opinion on this? Thanks.

Q: TD Waterhouse lists the "Book Value" of Cline Mining (CMK) at $1.14. The company, without shareholder approval, is de-listing the stock on June 21st, 2013 because it cannot meet interest payments on debt. Would you please help us all understand what happened here (I understand there are no coal sales, but Cline's assets appear greater than their liabilities)? Marret Asset Management Inc., who represent the bond holders, has been able to take over the Board in several months, and the Board "voluntarily" has (without shareholder approval) approved a de-listing of the stock. Is the Board not obliged to sell assets to keep shareholders whole before de-listing, destroying all shareholder value? Your insight would be greatly appreciated, and an in depth article on the inner workings of these transactions would be a Godsend.

Q: Hi Peter & 5i: Carfinco (CFN). Apparently a "Mr. Hass" of Lightwater Partners recently noted on BNN that between March 15 and April 15 the short positions on CFN increased from 28k to 2.4mm shares. That coincided with a price move from $11.18 to $9.35. Can you please tell me what has happened with the short positions since April 15 and what the most recent shorts report indicates? Also please, any comments on the significance of the movements on the short side for CFN stock's prospects going forward? Thanks!
