Q: Taking a bit of a blood bath on Canntrust (-68%) and NVDA (-24%) watching Aurora Cannabis plummet and have some of that too. Get out now, buy or hold? Recommendations for alternatives with growth potential appreciated depending on your thoughts on the above 3.
Thanks.

Q: Quite a smackdown on these stocks today. I'm still not in this group, but wondering if I shouldn't dip into them a bit. In what order would you rate these, in terms of (potential) viability?

I notice that Hexo's company profile states it's a "consumer packaged goods cannabis company" ... which suggests, then, that they don't grow their own. Is it better, in this industry, to grow your own ... or to be at arm's length, and be more of a repackager and distributor?

Even with the smackdown, would you (Peter or Ryan) get into the sector at all?

Q: Do you think this is a good time to buy back in to the marijuana sector? Or should I wait ~6 months to see more steady revenue streams and see if some of the better known names can reach profitability next year? I did well selling aphria prior to legalization date. If you would buy now, what would be your recommended Canadian listed stocks?

Q: Hi there,

I was wondering if you knew of any Canadian listed ETFs that would be suitable for cannabis US MSO exposure.

Also, if one wanted to exposure, would you recommend an ETF such as MJJ, HMJR or HMMJ - or would you sooner buy a basket of a few big Canadian players?

Thanks!

Q: Thank you for your work on these stocks. Interesting!

With regard to ACB, I see a market cap of $9B an $50M in sales. I guess their 25% participation in CLIC comes from an equity raise ? If so, how did they justify the dilution to their shareholders ? I suppose having a retail platform ready to go and 25% of an operating company is a positive although bought with very expensive stocks... I am interested in your comments. Not sure if my reasoning is correct. Also, with 25% ownership of CLIQ, are they now in charge ?

Q: Aurora Cannabis announced an offering of convertible senior unsecured notes due 2024 and valued at $300 million USD. Net proceeds from the offering of the notes are to support its Canadian and international expansion initiatives for future acquisitions. The share value dropped ~10% on the news. May I have your thoughts on the market reaction? Thank you.

Q: Good day gentlemen,
I am attempting to differentiate between the largest Canadian producers on a valuation basis...specifically EV/EBITDA. As 2018 and 2019 will be ramp up years for most of these companies, Can you provide this estimated figure for years 2019 and 2020 for these companies and any others you may have in this sector.

Q: I owned ICC Labs which got a take over offer from Aurora to be paid in ACB shares. ACB price has gone crazy while ICC is still trading below the offer price. I must be missing something cos I cant figure out why everyone isn't buying ICC shares to give them up in exchange for ACB shares valued at the time of the deal. Thanks!

Q: Greetings 5i,

I hold ACB. What is the fair value for the Australis shares and warrants I have just received? At one point today they were trading @ 15.00 and now at $3.00. Seems an opportunity lost to liquidate these at a high valuation? What would you advise at this point holding both the warrants and new shares of Australis. Pp

Cheese!
