Not investment advice or solicitation to buy/sell securities. Do your own due diligence and/or consult an advisor.

Q: Hi, I was wondering if I could get your thoughts on NINE. They are opening retail stores in Winnipeg on Oct 17 (they are one of the first companies authorized to do so in Manitoba), and there is a lot of buzz over this company here. But I know this industry is very overpriced, so I am hesitant to invest quite yet.

Thank you
Mike

Q: Thinking of a switch from CLIQ to DOO to claim a 15% loss.
Do you think CLIQ is going to move much in 30 days ?
If I am right DOO should bounce back on a very short term.
Short term overdone move in the stock price ?
Thanks,
Denis

Q: Hello,

Current portfolio is well balanced. Two sectors that are eligible for tops ups are materials and consumer discretionary. If you had to pick between wef and cliq for a long term hold, which would you choose to buy first?

Regards,

Robert

Q: I'm going to buy FB after this large drop on missed earning. To do so I'm either going to sell TECK.B or CLIQ. In your opinion, which one would you suggest selling? ( I'm down about 2% on both stocks)

Thanks.

Q: Hello team,

I read somewhere that in the gold rush, those who sold shovels, pickaxes, rented mules, etc. made the most money.

Could you please suggest a couple of US or Canadian companies which are doing the same for marijuana growers?

I appreciate it if you can comment on their debt level and management and whether or not you recommend any for purchase at this time.

Thanks a lot, as always!

Q: I am intrigued with Alcanna. However, Scotia has EPS expectations of only 15cents for F2019 leaving it's current forward PE at above 60. It also have negative cash flow which means they are funding the dividend by debt. What are your expectations? Is the valuation pricing in growth from renos and cannabis past F2019. I can't seem to convince myself that holding this through 2019 is worth it especially at this valuation. Please give me your thoughts and provide buy-side analysis. Thanks.

Q: From your company data on CLIQ the earnings estimates for 2018 &2019 have been dialed back quite dramatically over the past 90 days however the price estimates are unchanged. Do you expect the analysts to revise their prices down?
Would you change your own investment thesis or are you still comfortable with the recent report and would consider buying today?
Thanks
Mike

Q: Tracking the performance of CLIQ throughout a trading day, I'm, puzzled by the behaviour of the RSI index. The pattern is repeating itself today... but if you look at the past 5 day tracing, it's easy to see that RSI has been shuttling up and down from lows well-below 30 to well-above 70, numerous times in a trading day. What's going on? Thanks!
