Q: Hi 5i Team,
I have a small existing position in htl and would like to start positions in the other 3 companies. Could I please get your opinion of the above companies and assuming there are no significant concerns (other than small cap risk) in what order you would rank them at today's price?
Many Thanks

Q: Hi 5i Team,
I would like your opinion on AirIQ as a speculative. It's had an impressive year growing sales and I presume reoccurring revenue to follow. It has high amount of ownership by Vecima Networks and Mosaic and is actually buying back it's shares rather than trying to promote them which I find odd for such a small company. Do you think it could be setting itself up to go private?
Many thanks for your service!

Q: Mosaic has reported improved revenue, EBITDA, FCF and Payout Ratio vs Y2018, and the share price has responded positively. Looking past EBITDA, however, I see that income has not just declined but reversed; what is it about the former metrics that leads the market to ignore the latter? Is the idea, here, that income will go up and down as the company makes investments , but as long as the company is growing then per-year income doesn't matter so much?

Q: I currently own some M.PR.A preferred shares in my TFSA (since they are interest-bearing and hence not eligible for the dividend tax credit). They appear to be true perpetual prefs (i.e. no issuer redemption or shareholder retraction provisions) offering $1.00 in annual interest. At their current price of $10.05, this is nearly 10% p.a.

Given their attractive interest rate and "seniority" to the common shares, as well as the seemingly diversified nature of Mosaic's underlying business, I am considering purchasing more. Can you provide me with any indication as to the risks associated with Mosaic and these preferred shares?

Thank you!

Q: Any reason I shouldn't be adding to my Mosaic Capital position after this sell off? It's the largest position in my portfolio now and I'm planning to hold it for the long-term. Nothing seems to have changed within the business and long term prospects with the company. Appreciate all your advice and insight.
