Q: Goodmorning. What are your thoughts on this company i have owned it for over a year now at twelve dollars and have seen no share growth. It does pay a nice dividend. Would you continue to hold or suggest moving on as i would have thought it would be more of a growth company?? Thks for the great work

Q: Could you provide an update on LGT.B please? It has fallen off in the past year since I bought it. I was thinking to add to my position. It makes up a small portion of my portfolio.

Thank you

Q: How valuable in your opinion is their "Swiss water" decaffeination process? I think they also supply Tim Horton's and McDonald's, I imagine these contracts are more longer term? Could you please give a brief balance sheet and cash flow opinion on ten peaks. To me it looks good but I'd like to pay a "reasonable" price for it.
Thanks guys

Q: Hey guys

Do you think it would be wise to average down on Phm at this level? I'm not in at the highs it once was but still thinking of averaging down and wondering if i should. Also is there anything else behind why it's performing like it is and being stagnant at the 52 week low? I mean besides the regular issues that the company has been trying to shake off? Thanks for your help.

Q: Reading the question and answers I know which stocks you favour. Two of them TNC (TIO) and DSG and ESP one that isn't a favourite of yours, seem to be lagging the pack on this recovery. In the case of TNC and ESP, the minute the markets get a bit weak they sell off a lot more than the rest of them. Are there any of these I should get out of the next time there is a bit of a run up? Thanks for your good advice. Dennis

Q: How do you feel about adding some NYX at this price level? Management appear to be delivering and the value be unlocked based on guidance. I own NYX and believe it's undervalued here but i know you folks assess that much better than I. I think NYX gets too caught up in the negativity associated with companies like AYA and IT but it's really quite a different business. Would you agree?
Thank you as usual for your kind reply

Q: Lots of changes. They seem to be raising a lot of liquidity; selling assets, cutting dividend, stopping DRIP, and increasing credit facility. Doesn't seem to make sense. Do you think there are skeletons in the closet that are not apparent that they are preparing for? Could things be worse than they look? Or are they eyeing opportunities? Would you be a buyer?

Q: Recently Citi’s chief US equity analyst, Tobias Levkovich, responded to the current no growth school of thought by suggesting, that virtual and augmented reality will be a very strong driver of growth over the next decade. His estimate is for $650 billion invested over that period. He expects it to be transformational and to impact all sectors of the economy.
He suggests that “ current infrastructures will require major upgrades to handle the virtual world given more limited installed computing and graphics capabilities versus the new technology’s requirements”

I am wondering what Canadian companies you think will be able to take advantage of this?

Also, it suggests major expenditures by the telecoms, and I would appreciate your opinion on which of the “homegrowns” are best positioned to take advantage?

Many thanks
Mike
