Q: With the recent news and big jump last week, do you find this company worth going to full position? I currently am in for half.
Q: Hi 5i,
I currently own 23 stocks (non reg. and RSP) including the following which in some cases I've owned for over a decade: HR.un,AP.un, T, BCE, H, IPL, ENF, VET, ESN, CSU, GIB.a, ATD.b, WSP, TD, FIE. Which of these above positions would you consider candidates for replacement considering 2018 market conditions(rising interest rates, NAFTA, etc.) And, regardless of specific selection criteria, how would you rate the following replacement candidates or others: AQN, PKI, ERF, PBH, AFN, CM,KXS, PHO?
Please consider # of credits you deem appropriate.
Thanks,
Dean

Q: What are your thoughts about Sangoma's acquisition this morning? Stock seems very undervalued. Will bigger investors start looking at this Company now, given the analyst coverage, and 12 months sales over $60 million and and very profitable?
Q: Is this a good entry point for a long term position in pbl or has it got ahead of itself a bit?
Q: JWEL is starting to look interesting - nice chart...
What are your thoughts?
Thanks,
Raymond

Q: Hi Peter and team,
Can you kindly let me know the business model of the company. What is the potential growth in the space. Do you think it will still be around in 5 years. In addition, it is a takeout candidate. Thank you in advance.

Q: I am looking for low priced high growth Canadian companies that I want to buy in TFSA in the new year. Volatility, risk factors are NOT relevant. For about 11k. (5500x2) I bought PHO and BBI after reading your responses to some of the subscribers in the Q&A section. Any other names that you would suggest? ( Being seniors our core holdings are in the ETFs in different sectors and safe stocks like XIC, VDY, VIG,MGV,XEG,GLD,XGD etc., ). So, this 11k can be allocated to risky micro or ultra micro caps and I am ok with some losses if I can score a few three or 4 bangers!

Q: I have been watching COV.I am reluctant to buy as trading is very light with only 60 shares traded this morning. With a market cap <$100 million, would you recommend a full positon? Is insider ownership high? Your views are appreciated.
Happy New Year.

Q: I bought this stock recently at an average price of 2.7 $. It has gone down considerably. What is your advice on this stock?
Q: Hi team, I would like to add a consumer staple to one of my registered accounts and was thinking of ZZZ and DOL. Which would you recommend for shorter term growth right now?

-
Celestica Inc. (CLS $341.62)
-
Lundin Mining Corporation (LUN $21.08)
-
Knight Therapeutics Inc. (GUD $5.77)
Q: Knight, Celestica and Lundin Mining are all trading at close to 1:1 price to book (per the Globe). Is that meaningful at all for any of these companies? Is it a "value" indicator that suggests better days may be ahead? Your thoughts, please. With thanks.
Q: I have a question about FIH.UN
For weeks there seems to be a large seller that trips any momentum the shares develop. Is there a short position developing or any indication of an institution selling.
A recent notice of a shelf prospective is the only other explanation in my view. Some indication in the prospectus that the funds could be used to purchase shares of large sellers.
Could be that shareholders are worried about dilution.
Can you determine which of the above might explain the negative momentum.
What would you estimate fair value to be.

Q: I have a small position in Rocky Mountain Dealerships. I saw recently a regular increase in value. Since I now make a small profit, I would like to know if I should keep it or change for something else. What would be the benefits and the perspectives of keeping it? and if you think that it would be preferable to change for something else having more value, what would be your suggestions for replacement?
Q: On Dec.1 NFI announced the purchase of ARBOC which from what I understand is a competitor of BUS. I have been looking to buy BUS for a while and have been waiting for a pull back like this, I also see some insiders stepping in to buy here, I am thinking part of the sell off is possibly due to maybe some pre knowledge of this takeover by NFI. Do you think this takeover will or could have much of an adverse effect on BUS ability to sustain growth growing forward and would you consider an investment in BUS at this time as part of a portfolios small cap component at maybe an overall 2% portfolio position?
thanks Tom
