Q: I am sitting on some of this at a higher ACB and have had it for some time. I like the income, but the price has been in a decline. The culprit high interest rates with them being heavily leveraged, looks like they aren't growing enough to overcome. Looks like they will not be increasing the dividend this year which is not a good sign given their history. I do have patience and some cash. I also think they have a solid tenant base, the business seems to make sense. Would you buy down hanging on hope of interest rate cuts or would you dump and look at another name?

Q: Hi 5i,
Could you compare and contrast PSI, TVK and NOA, with risk and total return over the next three years being the primary concerns. I'm considering them because I've done well with KEY since buying in 2020 and adding here and there since then, and think it may be time to sell a third of KEY and re-invest the proceeds. Registered account.
Thanks!
Peter

Q: Can you provide an updated fundamental analysis of this company. Technically it is performing very well recently. Valuation also seems to be very reasonable. I am thinking of taking a small position in my TFSA.
Thanks very much.

Q: Can I ask for an updated view of HLF.
Q: Bew recently came alive and shot up to a 1 yr. high of .395 and closed at.38 on 3/28. Any news &/or reasons? Bought it a few years ago at .50 Please comment & advise.Txs for u usual great services & views
Q: I have noticed the stock price has been steadily rising, very abnormal activity for this stock. Yet ... no news. Can you see any reasons for this, such as volume levels, etc.? Please speculate as to any reasons that are likely at all. Thanks! PK
Q: I know it's tricky to evaluate a potential pharma cancer treatment equity but what do you think about this one? It looks like they'll need to dilute massively soon which likely explains my current ~80% paper loss. It's in my TFSA (stupid move on my part as it turns out). Time to take my hit and move on or hope for a miracle?

Q: Can you provide your top 3 small cap picks with the most upside over the next 3-5 years.
Q: Dear 5i team.
Can you take a look at TMC and give me your assessment of fundimentals and explain their business activity?
I see from the charts they went public 9/21ish. Had a geat few early days of trading, 10-15 dollar range, before immediate retracement back to 10 before month end. From that point, it's been a steady decline trading in a 2-4 dollar range to date.
Some good trades along the way, but early investors are now left holding this bag. Seen this movie before couple of times.
Appreciate your help with this one.

Q: Can you comment on the earnings release and outlook going forward. Does this one earnings release change your most recent opinions on the company or are your recent opinions remaining status quo for now?
p.s. how do we find out how many credits do we have left before subscription renewal?

Q: Do you have any insights into GXE? It's oddly holding at .64 despite Oil rising and other companies moving higher. Beyond the dividend cut and strategic review flop, is there anything else you can add about their prospects? Thanks.
Q: Hi, any specific reason for the recent surge in VFF? Up 65% in the last month (albeit from a very low base). I have held on to this one thinking/hoping that one day it may do well again. (Perhaps this is the catalyst it needs). Can it be picked away at over the next 6 months? Or still too speculative?
I know there was the German law that recently passed but was this enough for the surge?
Also VFF in your db is still showing it belongs to the TSX but I believe it is now listed only on the US exchange (Nasdaq?).
Cheers,
Steve

Q: Your comments please on earnings. Thank you.
Q: Hi, Hammond Power stock has been on a tear, for all good reasons, as noted in numerous 5i comments. However, it seems that the valuation has also moved up to a forward PE of 21.5 up from 10.5 less than a year ago. The stock has historically been volatile after company's earning release. What could be the factors, in your assessment, which could cause a pullback in the stock ( If any ), post March 27 earnings ? And, if it does, would to consider it to be a buying opportunity and at what price level ?
Could you please also provide the street estimates.
Thank You

Q: Good morning everyone at 5i!
Quick question...does PSI increase its dividend yearly? And of so how long has it consistently doing so??
Cheers,
Tamara

Q: Hey can I get your take on q4 results for DNG please. Is it a buy here for sector exposure. Thanks.
Q: OGI closed yesterday at $3.65. The company announced this morning that it was selling 7.74 million shares to a syndicate of underwriters for $3.23 per share.
After the market opened, OGI is down >20% to ~$2.85.
Why did the company apparently shoot itself in the foot by doing this?
