Q: Hello Peter and Team
On a number of occasions you have recommended CCL. I have noted that the amount sold by insiders for this company during the last year exceeded $70,000,000. The amount attributed to the CEO alone was over $22,000,000. Is this something that should be of concern for someone who is contemplating in buying the shares of this Company?
I thank you again for your guidance.

Q: In July 2014 STN and WSP had the same share price of about 37. Since then STN has undergone a slow and steady decline to 31 ( a fairly significant decline in my opinion), while WSP has undergone a rapid increase to 41. You cover both companies, and in Oct 14 wrote reports on both. STN retained its A rating, and WSP ws given a B- on its initial report.

Something is not computing. What is going on with STN? Is it time for me to cash in on the STN (which I own), and which is still up considerably from when I first bought it, and get on the WSP bandwagon (which I do not own)?

Q: Over the last two months, Leon's stock has fallen from $19.25 to $14.90. Is this a good entry point for this stock? Do you think the fall in price is related to concerns about the overheated housing market?

Q: Hi Peter and team,
It seems that ACQ is oversold and I'm thinking about starting a new position - it looks attractive to me at $32 range it trades today. What is your advice on this stock in current market conditions: full position, half position, or nothing? In terms of portfolio allocation I have less than 6% in Consumer Discretionary, despite it's indirect exposure to oil prices I assume ACQ should still be considered a CD sector? My timeframe is 3-5 years.
Thanks.

Q: There is something I do not understand with CSU borrowing at current 8.5%( 6.5+inflation-cpi). I compare with Potash offering ten year notes at 3%. and 5 yr mortgages at 3%.
I would rather be a cheerleader for CSU having it since 3years. I know that the rights trading price will be a way for the market to let the current shareholders benefit from this. Coulnt't CSU find cheaper financing? If not wouldn't it make one a little uneasy on the continuing holding it.

Q: I know you have expressed your own frustartions with this stock. Me too! So -

Decision time for me: -27% (-22% factoring in the dividend).
With WIN very near its 52 week low, do you see any upside catalyst that might generate a significant pop (10% or more) that would justify buying more. The charts suggest that it is very oversold - therefore a tempting buy.
Or would you recommend selling WIN and investing elsewhere; and if so do you have a strong recommendation?

Q: When an analyst says something like, "20% growth expected this year and 22% next year," does that mean the share price is expected to increase that much? By they way, I'm quoting from Stockchase in reference to Robert McWhirter's recent evaluation of his BNN Top Pick, Constellation CSU. Also, do you agree with McWhirter's opinion on Constellation's growth? Thank you.

Q: Hi Peter and Team
With the current correction in acq this morning would this be a good time to enter into this stock with a half position. Have read your reply from yesterday, and looking for your thoughts.
