Q: What stocks in Canada do you believe will do well with the passing of the Infrastructure Bill and Reconciliation Bill in the USA? Please list in order of preference. Thanks.
Q: LSPD has had quite the run recently. Not worrying about position size would you be taking some off the table here? Or let it ride for a bit longer. Say $160?
Nice report on AND. Just wondering if TFII operates in the same space. We've done very well with TFII (thanks, 5i) but are a bit low in Healthcare. AND looks promising, but want to make sure that it's complementary to TFII.
Q: Does the Affirm/Amazon arrangement have any implications for GSY. I wonder if you could explain in a bit more detail the current relationship between GSY and Affirm, and add some colour to what the future might hold for these relationships.
Q: Do you anticipate a divvy raise again this year in Sept. or will the company forgo a divvy raise with the large acquisition to digest? Every year in Sept there is a raise in the divvy even during the pandemic. What is the current payout ratio? Thx
Q: Kinaxsis, {KXS], is partnering with Exelixus to advance supply chain planning for its cancer drug portfolio. Is this a financially positive union for KXS? Great information & help with my investing decisions. Thanks

Have you been able to peg an entry price for XBC? It bounced off $2.76. Is shipping and delivery the biggest risk to becoming profitable in the next 1-2 years as systems are manufactured in China? If so is it your belief that the next quarter may be severely impacted and we should wait?
Q: Hello, I am up 1000% in DSG and have clearly held it for a long time. I believe in holding my winners, while watching portfolio weightings...It was blind luck rather than skill. Question, how is DSG going forward...any other lucky names especially in the tech sector . I am woefully incompetent here.
I would like your opinion on when GSY might be considered an addition to the Balanced portfolio? Is it a matter of sector weighting that would preclude its inclusion? It seems to be a perfect stock for the folio. Growth and a growing dividend.
Sorry for putting the team on the spot!
It’s horrible having made so many prescient selections that subscribers are reduced to questions like this one. Lol
Q: Hi there,
I have been enjoying the run up in TOI and have been thinking of adding to my quarter position. I have been adding along the way and have a dollar cost average of about 93 bucks a share. I am debating whether I should add here, raising the per share cost - but it seems like a parabolic jump in price. Alternatively, I wonder whether I should wait for a dip. And if I do so, what is a fair value to buy at? It seems like TOI may go the way of CSU or SHOP longer term and I do have a window of about 5-10 years. For what it is worth, I still regret not buying shop at about two hundred dollars because I thought it was overvalued.
Thanks in advance for your thoughts on this.
Q: I keep watching GSY increasing and was looking for an entry position and it is currently around $191. I like the company and you can't argue with its performance over the index over the past 10 years. The EV/EBITDA is around 11.3 and Earnings Yield 7% but P/B is over 4 and P/CF is around 26 which is a bit high. Most of the analysts I've seen have it at an upper estimate of around $205 and Fair Value anywhere from $169 to $194. Still a good entry point and would you think that their historical performance would likely continue? Thanks for your input and just to say I find your site very informative and recommend it to others. Cheers.
The company's listed are TFSA holdings. The goal of the TFSA is moderately aggressive growth. Time frame is 4-8 years. Equities are purchased in equal weights and rebalanced based on weighting.
SLF and BNS are also held in other accounts, at an overall portfolio percent of ~5-6%. Which would you recommend adding to at this time? What do you consider the weakest from this list? Would you consider removing any from the TFSA holding only in either a non reg or reg account? If so, why? And which one, two or three additional growth oriented companies, either CAD or USD would you recommend.
