Q: ADN-Acadian Timber. I have been considering a timber company. John Duncanson noted on BNN that he thought we were still at the beginning of the cycle. On Wednesday, ADN had a long white candle after a downtrend on extraordinary volume. Q: Hi Peter.
I, ve purchased Canacol energy( CNE ) sixteen months ago and am under water on it. Lately some analysts and fund mangers were more upbeat on the prospects for this company and Columbia altogether. I believe T.D. has a 8.00$ price target on the stock ,a year from now, and insiders have been buying the stock, lately. What is your outlook on Canacol, and should I average down on it? Q: Hi, Peter et al: Re: Freehold Royalties Ltd. [FRU], where does one find out if there's been a downgrade? I checked the FRU 'news' at TMX, my own discount broker, Yahoo finance Canada, and Freehold's Web site and no such information appears. How does a person find out if there's been either an upgrade or a downgrade? Thank god I check your 'member questions' daily or I'd be lost. Also, when CIBC (or any other analyst up- or downgrades anybody, do they have to give a reason?

Q: Hi Peter: Could I please have your thoughts on WesternOne Inc.,(WQI). Seems to be a reasonbly good company for income with some growth possiblity. Also has a low payout ratio.
