Q: I have room to add one of these to my TFSA now and another in January. I see 2 of these are in your model portfolios. In what order would you purchase these 3 or am I getting too picky ? SCORE had a huge recent run up; would you wait for it to settle down. I like it’s theme and strong insider ownership Thanks

Q: Hello Peter,
With Xebec's bought deal at $5.80 per share with latest acquisition of Hygear, why are investors paying over $7 today? What am I missing? Would green renewables be a good bet given what is happening to Xebec? Also, why is Score dipping given the positive news on its outlook. Also, is good natured products a stock worth dipping into ? Thanks very much.

Q: In a previous question your replied "The 17% discount makes sense considering the stock has only traded above $1.40 for two days."
I would have expected the price would have been set/negotiated at some point prior to the announcement and so would have been at a premium while this was in "the works" which I thought would have been prior to the increase. But I suspect I'm not correct on this. Can you explain how this bought deal pricing is set? Thanks John

Q: Hi 5i Team - With the very big jump in The Score share price over the past couple of days. I am considering trimming my position. However before I do this could you please send me an update on its fundamentals. In particular what are its present revenue and earnings and how much of that, if any, comes from the gaming sector. How much increase in revenue/earnings might occur should the new legislation go through.

Also how long do you think it might take for this legislation to take effect, once it has passed. It is my understanding that each province will then need to make their own decision on whether to allow single sport gaming. Is this an accurate assessment?

Finally I'm not quite sure of what single sport gaming means. Could you please elaborate on this and what it means for The Score.

Thanks again for the excellent service that you provide!

Q: Good morning, could you please rank these 10 small caps that the team has mentioned recently in terms of both opportunity (highest to lowest) and risk (Lowest to highest). I am unfamiliar with DCM but from your comments, and the extremely low PE, I am assuming they owe a few bucks? Could you shed some light on the company? Thx as always for tremendous guidance.

Q: Fengate holds a 40 million convertible debenture for score. When and at what price can they convert the debentures into stock. Anytime? Or after a certain period? And would it be converted at the price score is trading at or does Fengate get a discount on the price the score is trading at on the day they wish to convert?

Q: I am looking at these two companies (one or both) for my TFSA which I use for my more aggressive investments. I believe the sport gambling and the e-gaming sectors offer explosive growth but there of course will be winners and losers. They both have big name backers.
Your opinion ( financial strength, management, etc. )of these two would be appreciated. Do you like either or both? Any other favourite Canadian alternatives ? Thanks
