Q: It looks like the gap has really narrowed down.
Better to sell now or wait for penn shares/cash?
Any benefit to waiting a little longer?

Q: What is the "Exchangeco" company? Does it makes sense to take the option of exchangeco shares?
From the circular:
Eligible Canadian shareholders will be able to elect to receive shares of Exchangeco (“Exchangeable Shares”) in lieu of the Penn Shares to which they would otherwise be entitled. Each whole Exchangeable Share will be exchangeable for one whole Penn Share, subject to adjustment.

Q: Greetings:
I know because it has been mentioned countless times that you are not tax experts, but perhaps you can help. When does a section 85 form need to be filed and when not? In the case of IPL, PWF, Uranium participation by Sprott Uranium Trust it is necessary, but not with score media and Penn. Perhaps it depends if it is a merger or acquisition, and what determines this. Perhaps the rules have changed in the last months. Thanks for your help.

Q: Follow up to my previous question. May I ask why you are not recommending it for trading now, even though it is bought by PENN?
Q: Do you think SCR is a good buy for day to day trading, and if yes, what suggested buy and sell prices please? Thank you.
Q: Hello 5i, Could you comment on when the takeover of score by Penn State will occur. Also as I own The Score what do you think would be the best option - Sell now or take the shares in Penn State. Also do you think there could be a competing bid?
Q: What is your view on this stock .Where do you think this stock is going.
Thank you.
Jim.
Thank you.

Q: Hi 5i,
In response to John's question today about the takeover, could you expand on time to sell. The discount is roughly 15% in cad compared to current prices. Do you feel the takeover will face any competition or rivals? Is it worth the wait to realize discount, assuming PENN goes up by Q1 2022 projected settlement date?
Thx

Q: The shares of Score Media is being acquired by Penn National. Please kindly advise hold or sell into the market for a current holder? Thank you for the great service. Bill.
Q: Re SCR, nice news today. I hold shares in a non-registered account. Penn National is a U.S. listing and I'm concerned about holding them in a non registered account so I expect to sell my shares before the transaction closes.
Is there a "best time" to sell. Thanks John

Q: So what is up with the law firm going after Score? Are they just fishing for clients?

Q: Hi 5i,
I'm hoping you can 'unconfuse' me.
In answer to Bob's question about LUCK on June 25 you said you prefer EGLX and in answer to a question about BRAG on June 8 you discussed SCR. All the questions had to do with the recent change allowing single game betting. I had thought that EGLX and BRAG are gaming platforms and SCR and LUCK are betting platforms, and therefore serve totally different markets, so I don't understand why they are discussed in the same breath, and I also don't understand how the recent legislative change might benefit EGLX and BRAG, although I can readily see how it might be positive for SCR and LUCK.
Can you help me out?
Thanks,
Peter

Q: Hi !
Would you be able to suggest some worthy companies in the sports betting area?
Are valuations reasonable right now? Is 5i interested in any of them?
Cheers,
David

Q:
Score has announce the Senate has approved passing of Bill C-218.
How significant is this?
Thanks John

Q: Positive news for gambling sites with bill C-218 passing today. Its likely not to be implemented for a few months yet, to give time for the provinces to set their own rules. Predicted to be a 4B-5B annual market in Canada.
I have strong conviction in EGLX, the future growth in years to follow with gaming, e-sports and now legal single-game betting. Full position already, in a TFSA, looking for torque, and willing to wait. What's not to like?!

Q: What are your thoughts on BRAG and SCORE now? Is it a buy or wait it out? SCR seems to be turning around from speculation that the betting bill would move through the senate before summer. But not for BRAG. Any ideas why BRAG keeps dropping? Is it a buy for either stocks at this point?
Q: What does the 5I Team make of Score these days ? Has it settled down enough to buy a bit. The NHL is looking at the potential in single event betting on games
Thank You
