Q: RUF.U Pure Multi Family REIT LP focuses exclusively on US real estate. With that market appearing to recover, and a 7% yield at current prices would this be a good holding? The principals of this company have an excellent track record with WEQ.un and AAR.un.
As usual, thanks for your guidance.

Q: What do you think of Cascades? It carries a decent dividend of 3.8% but I'm not sure where in the economic cycle that sales and revenues might increase.

Q: Hi Peter - your opinion on PIX? Valuation is cheap relative to much larger peers on an EV/EBITDA basis. Nice steady growth, diversified customer base and a high percentage of recurring revenue. Plus the data centre space has seen a lot of M&A activity at high multiples over last few years.

Q: Hello Peter.
What do you think of Glacier Media, they have slowly bought back shares, and have a great p/e, started to pay dividend this year. I know they are in the print media, but most is free distribution community media, and I see the paper is always full of flyers.

Q: hello 5i:
could you advise where I could find, and track, the following information: earnings yield of the S&P 500, and the current 10 year Treasury Yield. And, is there a site that charts the current year earnings for S&P 500 companies that readily shows whether consensus earnings or rising or declining.
thanks
Paul

Q: Hi Peter,

I am very pleased with the service you offer.

In addition to the advice 5i offers, I am trying to do my own investigation. Is there an easy way to find summary reporting of Canadian equities that have a +10 history of raising dividends (and not lowering them as well - wink). Maybe some sort of overall ranking by "reliability of dividend raising", "amount of rise", "effect of rises on capitol appreciation of equity". That sort of thing.

Thanks, and keep up the great work.

Q: May I please have your comments on the new "BMO S&P/TSX Equal Weight Industrials Index ETF" (ZIN). It appears to hold three 5i covered stocks (WestJet, Stantec and Black Diamond) as well as others that have been discussed on the 5i questions section such as Wajax. Thank you.
