Q: Looking at adding to 2 areas - stocks that might benefit from increased defense spending in Canada, and stocks in the metals sector. How would you rate these stocks on a scale of 1 to 10 for a buy at this time? 10 being something you like a lot, 5 if you are indifferent, and 1 if you have zero interest in owning it. ARIS, CS, HBM, OGC, PAAS, SVM for metals and CGY, FTG, MDA, PNG for defense related.

Q: Could I please have your comments on the latest quarterly report from Westgold Resources - somewhat disappointing in view of some of the optimistic press releases they put out . Are they perhaps having problems in integrating the Karora operations ? Are they a buy , sell or hold ? Is there a better gold miner of a similar size in your view ?

Q: I have exposure to gold in the above companies. I'd appreciate any comments you may have in regards to whether to dump or hold, and which gold companies may provide a good alternative at present. I'm thinking some consolidation might be a good idea (too many positions). Thanks.

Q: Hello Peter and gang, I have had a position in OGC, (OceanaGold Corp) for a couple years and I am at about the break even point - they seem to be getting ahead and significantly increasing production and reducing their costs - l would appreciate you looking into your "crystal ball" for me. Thanks. By the way I really appreciate your thoughts and view points on this and all the other questions you address, good job!
